Starter of trout, cauliflower, potato chips and white sauce was too mushy for me but much loved by others. Main of pork tenderloin with a medley of sweetcorn, mushrooms and carrots, served with a potato croquette sphere, topped with grated carrot and fresh parsley and served with a rich gravy - was glorious, perfectly cooked and balanced. The pudding was obscene - a dark chocolate coated pear and cream pudding, nested in crushed Madeleine and more cream, just wonderful. Sweet and bitter and crisp and crunchy and creamy and smooth and sharp all in one.

En helt igennem overraskende god kulinarisk oplevelse. Vi havde bestilt en fem retters menu med tilhørende vinmenu. Personalet er yderst høflige og venlige. Vi blev budt fint velkommen og fok anvist vores pladser og hurtigt derefter var både drikkevarer og snacks klar. Herefter kørte alle retter, som var helt utrolig lækre, flot anrettet, herligt præsenteret og smagte formidabelt, kom i en perfekt timing og hele tiden med enten introduktion fra en af de venlige tjenere, kokke og sågar ejeren - det er særligt deres venlige stemning, der er med til at gøre en særlig forskel ifht andre gourmet restauranter. Vinmenuen var også tilsvarende fantastisk! Der var hele to Beaujolaiser - en rød og en hvid! Ud af hele Beaujolais produktionen er kun 1% hvid så det var også specielt at de havde modet til dette, men begge vine var klasse vine og er et godt udtryk for stedet - nyt, modigt og virkelig godt.
