Very bad overall experience, coz of the place but mainly coz of the owners. Very cold welcome by the couple straight from the beginning. Really unhelpful on the arrival, not caring at all to introduce themselves not the place. Then when asking for bath mat to avoid slippery, male owner initially denied they have (not true) or refused even extra towel to put on floor. Later the female owner just almost blamed us for putting water outside the shower... After that, he came to tell us very rudely to stop putting some chairs outside (I was just making temporary some space in the room to unpack our stuff). I agree with other comments about the very bad mattress quality and bed linen. So-called terrace was just absolutely full of spider web and dirt, for sure not clean for a long time. We are family from Thailand who use to travel, and Denmark is one of our annual destinations, the meeting with the owner of this place really make us feel unwelcome! After just transfer the money the man start complain to me about some of my family who stay in another room ( their crime was the been taken some chair from the room out to the balcony) the garden have sign Private....seems like the only interested in the money but definitely not the guest ! Bed bugs combined with the rudest host you will ever encounter made this place my my number 1 spot for worst places I have ever stayed at. The owners are absolutely miserable people, who from the initial meeting were confrontational and aggressive in their communication. No signs of simple hospitality or service. The icing on the cake were the bed bug bites we experienced during our stay. Not even basic hygiene standards are upheld at this place.
