Hotel Jimaní — Hotel in Jimaní

I am going to give it 5 Stars. Simply because the lady boss does so much to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. The plumbing of the shower and sink in the rooms is old and work just soso; rooms are simple but clean. In general the place is kept very clean. Every morning a small army of girls and women tidy the place up. Also I had some of the best food in the DR here. Very fresh, a lot of salad and the most delicious steamed fish from the local Lake Enriquillo. A good place for families because the kids will love the pool. If management would invest a little in modernising the rooms, this could be a top notch hotel...

Fantastic food, the best in town . The service can't be beat, nice rooms, dated, but that's part of the charm. I've stayed at three hotels here, and this one is the best. Lovely view of the mountains, again , fantastic food. You will not find better. Internet, air conditioning, a bar, and a beautiful pool. Look no further for a place...
