I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casablanca, and I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a valued guest. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and my room was ready and waiting, perfectly prepared.

The room itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was one of the best I've ever slept in, and the amenities were top-notch. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary bottled water and the luxurious bath products.

The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a fantastic variety of options, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful way to start each day. The pool area was pristine, with plenty of comfortable loungers and a relaxing atmosphere.

One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their friendliness and professionalism truly set Casablanca apart.

The location of the hotel was also perfect for my needs, with easy access to local attractions like the beach. Whether I was exploring or just enjoying some downtime at the hotel, everything was conveniently close by.

Casablanca was an incredible experience for us to stay just outside the already incredible town of Cabrera. We reserved “The Penthouse”, which is the entire top level of the main house on the property. Elena (your host) greeted us as soon as we arrived and gave us an awesome tour, making sure we had everything we needed and knew where everything was. Elena was very involved throughout our stay, making sure we were happy and well taken care of the whole time. She even left us some hammocks to take to the beach with us! The room itself was incredible. Any pictures you may see online do not prepare you for the levels of detail and luxury that adorn this piece of heaven. The entire floor is open and free flowing, with easy access to the oversized balcony from any room. The bathroom is huge with a great open shower with multiple heads and twin “Jack and Jill” sinks. There is consistent hot water which can be a luxury in RD. Out on the balcony you will find a generously sized outdoor soaking tub (amazing!). There is also a full dinner table and a comfy swing to relax in as well as a couple of lounge chairs. The view from here is incredible. I mean, you can see EVERYTHING! I cannot describe it, it’s just something you have to see yourself. To sum it up, I would definitely stay here again, and I probably will! Kudos to Elena and her staff. They have done an excellent job putting together a place where one can go to escape for a bit and relax...

Amazing place to stay if you are looking for a few nights or even many nights. Very clean with a hint of modern touch with the old setting. Huge place for an entire party(there was a missionary group that stayed here during our stay and it housed all of them plus us and more) or family with multiple rooms and dont forget the huge pool. Our host Elena is also such an amazing person speaking both English and Spanish and was always helpful or concerned if we needed anything. Rooms have AC if you need it, towels and so on. The location is easy to find as there are signs leading up to the place. Also there are gates for security and safety. Within 15-30 mins there are beaches, lagoons and waterfalls that you can cool off and explore. There is also a restaurant that has just opened as well so if you dont feel like going out plus the Dominican breakfast. Overall, the stay was amazing even for one night sadly couldn’t stay any longer. Definitely...
