Hotel Colinas del Valle — Hotel in La Hispaniola

A cheap hotel that's clean and very convenient. A better choice for a cheap night's stay. The position is handy for arrival, departure and visiting the area and is very quiet. However, our room had asingkenstep into the bathroom, a design that serves no purpose other than to break your toes; both my partner and I accidentally kicked the step! The 2nd floor landing has 2 similar 1" steps that can trip someone and otherwise serve no purpose. Rooms have TV and hot water but the water system kept me awake almost all night. Bed has bottom sheet but no too sheet. The bed cover itches for those eith sensitive skin. If used to the tropics, the bedvlothes will not be warn enough at night so you'll need an intimate friend :-) No restaurant and no food or drink machines. El hotel está bien y con precio excelente para los que desean viajar con poco presupuesto. Lo único que no me gustó es que estaban construyendo y los trabajadores llegaban a picar y vosiferar desde las 7 de la mañana, incluyendo fin de semana. Por ende me estresé un poco y no logré descansar mucho. Por otro lado, por alguna extraña razón, la lámpara de mi habitación no se apagaba completamente, es decir, Aunque apagara el interruptor, esta se quedaba con una luz tenue pero que, en la madrugada era muy notable y yo no puedo dormir si hay luz. Por otro lado, yo entiendo que en Constanza hace un clima fresco, pero los que venimos de otras ciudades estamos acostumbrados a tener abanico y sin ellos nos es difícil dormir, por micjo frío que pueda haber, aunque en la tarde hacia mucho calor ahí dentro.
