We stayed 3 nights are Hotel Gold Premium. ||||+ Overall satisfied with the inexpensive price, overall cleanliness, A/C and TV with local channels all in Spanish. ||||- Only ONE channel in English was CNN.||||+ We were showed the rooms prior to selecting one.||||- No help to get bags upstairs to our room (there is NO elevator)||||- Don't expect to rely on the WIFI as the signal is VERY weak when you are in your room and often it went offline. It is also totally UNSECURED (BIG DISLIKE). We were told you had to search by name for the WIFI Network to connect. This is fine but they told us the name of the network was the name of the hotel, but they have it misspelled as 'Hote Gold Premium'. If you walk to the front of the hotel the signal is stronger. So don't plan on streaming Netflix or anything demanding of a strong signal.||||- No one EVER came to clean the room during our 3 nights/4day stay which is OK for security purposes but not normal. We could have used someone to empty the very small garbage in the bathroom and freshen our one towel for two people (good thing we traveled with our own!) ||||+ Bed was comfortable and didn't feel like we slept on cement like our previous hotel in another town.||||+ Nice strong shower and plenty of hot water. ||||- Noticed day 2 that the window was off the tracks and open between the panes letting hot air in, window couldn't be locked either. The window has bars but is by the fire escape staircase, accessible from the ground level. The small table in the room could be reached if someone came up the stairs and opened the window and reached in. Bad considering this is where we were charging phones and ipads, put things from our pockets including wallets/cash on the table the first night!! Moved the table away from the window.||||- The room was out of date and not put together very nice. Crappy assortment of old wire and plastic hangers in the closet. Some kind of wire hanging from the ceiling, cable box teetering on two shelf brackets. Miniature garbage can looked like it came from the dollar store and the century old bowl of pot pourri wasn't helping the look of the room and the scent was gone. Inside lock for the door worked but was difficult to slide and connect. ||||+ Restaurant connected to the hotel could be ordered to the room or you could eat down in the restaurant. The things we had were good. They had orange juice on the menu but they didn't have it in the 4 days...
Read moreThis hotel seemed to be a good choice for a short stay, but I was wrong. I got there Saturday at 2:30 pm and the front desk was empty. After waiting for a few minutes a lady showed up, she said that our room was already taken saying that we never confirmed our reservation (which we did a day before). Then she said that it’s our fault and that she was not responsible because she was not the one we spoke to about our reservation. We talked for about 15-20 minutes, we repeatedly asked for a manager and she refused to get one. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Please...

La suite era bien sencilla, sin embargo la cama era confortable y el baño era bien espacioso. ||Mozart – This hotel is very close to the downtown area. Its within walking distance to a lot of shops. You get a good variety of prices which range from with AC or not but they could be more competitive. This place is safe with a very good looking interior. There is no breakfast included but there is a decent restaurant downstaits. Parking was also right next door. Whether for business or personal this is a...
