From the moment I booked, Nina was incredibly helpful—she made organizing the trip effortless and was always quick to answer any questions I had. Ben was also fantastic, staying on top of all our reservations and making sure everything ran smoothly during our stay.

The resort itself was spotless, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Huge shoutout to Jimmy, Cristina, and Angel for their excellent bartending and warm hospitality—they truly added a fun and welcoming vibe to our experience. DON’T RENT THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL EVENT!!

We rented this villa for our wedding in June, and the experience was honestly disappointing and even disturbing on many levels.

First, the security that was promised was completely absent, the guards were literally sleeping through the night (we have videos as proof), while we were a group of tourists in a foreign country. We did not feel safe at all (we had to call the police).

During our wedding night, someone threw water over the wall at us, which ended up damaging our DJ’s equipment. This happened around 10:00 PM, even though the listing clearly stated that noise was allowed until 11:00 PM.

On top of everything, the barmaid had a terrible attitude, and I had to complain directly to the manager to get proper service.
