Santo Cerro Natural Park — Hotel in La Hispaniola

Absolutely loved the place. The couple that own this property and the staff are all so very kind and make you feel like you are at home. When they said we could go all around the property even to the farm area to see everything they grown chickens hens and roosters rabbits etc. I had no idea how big this place was. Absolutely loved every minute. The breakfast is very much from farm to table. Everything taste absolutely wonderful. I recommend you wake up at 6am and enjoy a beautiful sunrise with a cup of coffee. It's absolutely everything you would expect and more. The breath taking views at any time of day are just incredible.

The pool is cold water but with the heat that's what you want and need. I'm not a cold water person but it honestly felt great.

There are lots of stairs to go around the property so if you have problems with stairs it's not recommended but if you are up for a walk workout out your sneakers on abd walk around the beautiful property. Will definitely visit again to explore around...

This is not a good place to stay. This people are rude. I rented this "Villa" for a day (10,000) Dominican pesos. When I got there a lot of people staying in the same place that was supposed to be "empty" because I rented the entire villa for my family to have privacy. My husband and me talked with the lady about the people who were around smoking and all that stuff and she didn't like us to complaint. She started talked with other people about us because we complained. The ambient were disgusting, the pool was dirty, the bathroom. In addition, we paid a lot of money for food that other people were eating. I don't recommend this place there're a lot of better options. Believe me, this people are not kind or polite with...

My favorite things about this resort are: the Beautiful view and grounds, the many fruit trees on property, and best of all, the owners of the resort! They are the most caring people who truly desire for you to have the best experience possible. The food is outstanding- we ate all meals there for 8 days and it was so delicious! The wifi works great. The pool, pool table and trampoline are an extra bonus! Also, it is very safe there since there is a gate and fence around the property. It is close to La Vega and less than two hours to the beach! One additional thing, since it is up in the hills, there is a lovely breeze that...
