Hotel Green Palace — Hotel in Moca

I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I PAID FOR A QUEEN SIZE BED & ACTUALLY SHOWED THE RECEPTIONIST A COPY OF MY CONFIRMATION & THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER TO GET ME ANOTHER ROOM. THE ONLY THING THEY SAID WAS THAT " THEY WILL GIVE ME A DISCOUNT " WHEN I CHECK OUT, IT WAS ONLY LIKE $20 DOLLARS. I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A MINI BAR WHICH I DIDN'T GET EITHER. THE ROOM ITSELF WAS EXTRA SMALL. I ALSO LEFT ONE OF MY LOTIONS AT THE ROOM & WHEN THEY WENT TO CLEAN, THE LOTION DISAPPEAR WHICH I COMPLAINED & GUESS WHAT? THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. I ALSO REQUESTED A SAFE ( WHICH I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE ) & GUESS WHAT ? I DID NOT GET THAT EITHER. ONCE I COMPLAINED TO THE HOTEL, THEY BROUGHT ME A SAFE & IT DIDN'T EVEN WORK. THEY HAD TO REPLACE IT. I WAS DEFINITELY NOT EXPECTING THIS. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO...

During my last stay at this hotel, Saturday, September 2nd there was music playing in a hotel space that made it impossible to sleep. This music continued until 2:00 AM into Sunday. It is hard to believe that this hotel continues to be in business with such disruptive and unpleasant practice, as I found out that this loud music plying is common on weekends.
