Micro Hotel Condo Suites — Hotel in Santo Domingo

I traveled to Dominican Republic this July for a convention. This hotel was perfect for us, since we were just going to be in the hotel when we needed to sleep. It has no pool, nothing you can really do close by if you don't have a car. But if you just need a place to sleep, it is perfect. The service is really good. Since it's a small hotel, they are very attentive to all their guests and they provide you with everything you need to be comfortable. For example, we asked for a small fridge and they provided it to us at no extra cost. Also, the rooms and bathrooms were really good and very clean. Nothing fancy, but as I said, it is great option if you travel for business, for a convention or if you just need a place to sleep. Not a hotel to spend the whole day in it. It has a bar and they provide free breakfast (which was really good)...

At the check-in they didn't find my Expedia reservation and were full, someone else started looking up throughout the reservations and finally found mind. ||The room was "clean" but we found hair in the bed, paper toilet was running out, the A/C didn't work (it was HOT!) we reportedly the issue and the answer was: the maintenance guy is not here (what a great customer service). ||Breakfast was OK, the coffee didn't have a nice taste, milk was cold... Finally they never repaired the A/C and we checked out with the worst impression about this hotel. ||I guess they're taking advantage of the location, it's really close to the US Embassy, the traffic in Santo Domingo is horrible, you need to get on time and the nearest hotel is Micro Hotel... Hopefully someone will open a great place in...

Stayed here for business trip. The staff is very kind, and they makes you feel you're not an stranger. The room has what you need, a comfy bed, a desk, TV with cable, AC, bathroom with shower and spacious. The hotel is by a busy street but at night you don't feel it noisy. Breakfast is good; there's cereal, eggs, juice, fruits, tea and coffee. When I got back at night, room was clean, clean towels, got a bottle of water. ||It has WiFi, which is important for work and to keep in touch with family.||If I need to come back here, I'll stay at this...
