Hostal El Retorno — Hotel in Ibarra

Stayed just the one night, I had the standard twin room. This was spacious and very clean. The hostel supplied towels and soap, and the room had a good number of sockets and a television. The bathroom was basic, and although my friends in other rooms received hot water, we did not, which was disappointing.
