Hotel Sierra Norte — Hotel in Ibarra

Nice breakfast Late at night looking for a place to stay, we saw this place that had a restaurant attached to it so we stopped. First to note that this place is not wheelchair friendly, lots of stairs both up and down. After getting checked in we went to the restaurant, where we were told they just closed, there is a Chinese across the road, so we checked it out and ate in the room. The room, clean, no evacuation plan up on the third floor. TV one bedside light, no lights in the bathroom, one bottle of water for two people, 2 bath towels and one hand towel, could not get the hot water to work . The guy from the from desk came up and ran the water for 25 minutes until it got warm. This to me is a crime, at just 5 gallons a minute this one room for one person has wasted a minimum of 125 gallons. The hotel has private parking and breakfast was included, the breakfast was very nice and was unexpected as most say breakfast but what that is ? This is a place that works well for just one night if you do not mind wasting all...

We live in Ecuador but needed to get supplies at Super Maxi plaza. This hotel is situated in the middle of activity but is very quiet at night.
