We stayed In a room on the second floor. The room was spacious, airy, light and so quiet. The windows had views across the ocean and bays and a balcony with room to sit and observe and dry our wetsuits and clothes. ||The room was super clean and comfortable. It included a fridge and no tv. Free distilled water and wifi was available in the reception area downstairs. ||A three course, hearty white table cloth, fresh breakfast was included in the room price and was served downstairs on the patio each morning.||The hostel was well located and a short walk to Las Liberia Beach where we swam with turtles. Our hosts were kind, attentive and very helpful. They generously provided us with a room free of charge when the ferry arrived prior to their check in time before moving us to our booked room at check in time. They also let us stay in our room past check out time until it was time for our ferry to leave. Also without charge. This allowed us to get an extra swim in with the turtles that day. ||They ensured we had a dinner reservation on the first day of our arrival and drove us to the ferry when it was time to leave. Fantastic hostal with kind and gentle hosts. We had a room on the top floor with ocean views and mosquito mesh on all the windows, so they could be left open to catch the breeze during the day and look at the night sky whilst dropping off to sleep.||Maria and her brother were great hosts. Filtered water was available any time and al fresco tables set with a table cloth for a healthy and tasty breakfast. Maria also provides beach towels to take to nearby Black Beach and Las Loberia.||Lunch and Dinner can easily be pre-arranged at one of the nearby restaurants that cater for tour groups.||Our only regret was not being able to spend longer on at Hostal Santa Maria and...
