El Cedro Soñado — Hotel in Patate

honestly, one of the best places i've stayed in the world!

the hosts are so kind and welcoming. they're also very accommodating. the food here is delicious. the view is amazing! and the water is hot, especially in the hot tubs!

while i stayed here, they had a bonfire where we all laughed and shared travel stories. i am so grateful to have found this hidden gem.

in my cabana, there were no bugs or anything dirty. everything was clean and well kept. (not sure what happened with the last review, but definitely not accurate!)

when i come to patate again, i will only stay here.

room was filled with spiders and bugs. the days we went they were doing some sort of filming on-site for the hotel which led them to close parts of the hotel including access to our room (never warned us or told us and charged us the same even tho we couldn’t access half of hotel). Restaurant service was extremely slow (an hour + wait time to get food) overall, looks nice on the outside but way overpriced for what it is. would not recommend unless you want to be scammed definitely an overpriced...

Such a beautiful place! The spectacular view can be enjoyed from the floor to ceiling windows, or from the jacuzzi! The rooms are luxurious, the beds are sooo comfortable and it's silent at night. The food is delicious and the service is friendly. El Cedro Soñando is the perfect place to get away from it all. Super...
