L'Vanna Hotel — Hotel in Pedernales

Wow! There’s a lot of history in this small town. From where they got the name to how the city suffered a great catastrophe.

After the earthquake that left the city in crumbles, left people with out homes and businesses, this particular hotel was able to rebuild itself.

The owners, Glenda and Julio and their son, were beyond gracious to us as their guest. The hotel has been remodeled has 11 rooms, a pool, a small bar, and parking. It’s a 2 minute walk to the shore.

They have breakfast and lunch menus that really entail “La Costa” taste prepared by Glenda. Which, is superior to any restaurant you will find on the boardwalk.

My family of four stayed here. We had an amazing experience. Julio and his wife and son treated us like family. Julio drove us out to see the corridor of palms. Julio Jr helped us reload our phones. The breakfast was delicious and their sweet dog kept me company. The rooms were perfect and we wish we could have stayed longer....
