La Casa de Naty (by Ecuapolsky) — Hotel in Tonsupa

Stayed here for 2 nights in mid Fed 2025. Paid $20/night, but I'd say this place is worth more like $10-$13/night. They have early check-in at 6am, my room had a/c and a refrigerator, and the staff person (Norma) was friendly.

The room (Room #4) had gaps between the tiles in the ceiling through mosquitoes and various other insects would crawl through. I saw two HUGE fire ants on the floor right next to my bed. Those things can be fatal. I had to battle mosquitoes my entire stay. The only window in the room doesn't have any actual glass—only a mesh screen that's nailed in place. The sink was terribly small and very leaky. The shower was the biggest disappointment. It's one of those suicide showers with the exposed wiring and it's hanging at an angle that makes it awkward to actually get the water onto your body. The water wouldn't go down the drain—probably because of all the rain. They don't have adequate drainage on the property so there was a literal pond outside my room door. The wifi was spotty and not reliable while inside the room.

Hice la reservación por Booking y al momento de llegar no tenían habitacion.. Malísimo en el sentido de organización.. uno como turista se puede meter en un verdadero problema al andar diambulando en un pueblo desconocido y como yo a las 2am ... Falta de profesionalismo y atención al cliente...ahí el cliente les importa un c#lo..y aún así Booking me anticipó q probablemente el hospedaje me haría cargos por supuesta cancelación...🤐 No lo recomiendo por ningún motivo y por seguridad del viajero...por ahí no tan cerca de la playa pero buena ubicación y con un excelente todo.. instalaciónes de 1ra calidad, camas comodisimas, restaurante con excelente chef y bar con de todo ..muy buena seguridad para tu auto...edemas comparado con locales a buen precio... EL GREEN PLATINUM...de momento no lo puedes encontrar en todas las aplicaciones es nuevecito... GREEN PLATINUM muy...

Desde que llegas la atención es excelente, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y confortables, pasar el fin de año aquí es excelente lo recomiendo incluso para los que van con niños como en mi caso tengo una niña de 5 años y fuimos en familia 👪y con familiares y es muy confortable, hay pisinas, amacas, cosas, mesas para comer, es un lugar muy bien equipado......
