We didn't stay here. The guy at the front desk did his best to seem completely uninterested. He even spent a while calling someone after I asked for a room and the price. For the price of $48 excluding breakfast I was keen to see the room. The cubicle I was offered for that price was laughable: 6m2 at most and not a single window....

🏡 LUGAR bastante agradable y central en Tulcán, cuenta con su propio parqueadero gratis, y su propio restaurante. Les aviso que es en un 2do piso, por si vienen con personas con poca movilidad no es el hotel idóneo. 🛏 HABITACIÓN agradable, camas cómodas y limpias, tenía tv por cable, Wifi, lo necesario para un óptimo descanso. 👯 SERVICIO muy bueno, amable, me ayudaron a subir mis bolsos hasta la habitación, muy gentil. 🍴🍷 COMIDA a la carta muy rica en el restaurante de abajo, precios justos, rico sabor ( MENOS EL DESAYUNO AMERICANO, NUTRITIVO, NO LO COMPREN YA QUE NO ES PARA NADA RICO, pan viejo y duro.) del resto todo excelente. ESPERO que la chica de ojos azules que atiende en el desayuno no trabaje mas, el servicional cliente no es lo suyo, que busque que hacer con su vida, es lo más mal educado que hay y te daña totalmente la experiencia y opaca la amabilidad del resto de colaboradores del restaurante que si son amables.
