Natur Hotel — Hotel in Turi

Natur Hotel provided us with a unique experience with it's dome-shaped rooms. We had an incredible view of Cuence, and at night, the lights reminded us of Christmas. The beds were very comfortable, and they provided plenty of blankets for the cool nights in Cuenca. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, while enjoying the wonderful nighttime view of the city. We also appreciated the robes they provided which were perfect for when we got out of the hot tub.

The location is truly beautiful; however, the service and overall customer attention were disappointing. Despite staff being present at the reception area, no one attended to us upon arrival. Communication with the person in charge was challenging, as there was a lack of clear explanations and very limited information provided.
