A beautiful and comfortable hotel-type compound with green territory, aqua park and numerous pools. There is also a spa center, cafes and restaurants on the territory. But if has many minuses: Poor not welcoming management represented by Mr. Ahmed that is interested to get additional money from customers rather than help them with accomondation. 2 Terrible kite statation with not pleasent personnel, that is dangerous for people by its close loction to the umbrellas area on the beach. Animation team that makes the stay non confartable with their loud arabian music all day long and poor evening entertaiment. There is no dedicated place for animation in compaund so it performs on pool area and annoing peope up to 10 pm. Terrible beach with numerous sharp shells and stones in the water and rough sand with stones. Loud mosque that is located on the territory of Fanadir and screams at nights. Compaund looks not finished because of construction works and its rubbish on territory, many open wire than is not connected to anything, many lamps on territory doesnot work. Overall it's a OK location but it depends on what are you comparing it with and how much did you end up paying per night. We were looking for a quick budget 3 days kids-frienndly retreat, with an aqua park, good pools and good beach. The pools here are nice and the Azura restaurant is good, maybe that's it. We had some maintenance issues at the room, including a bad wifi that took the front desk many hours to offer a "working-solution" which really didn't work much. The beach, which was key for us, turned out to be all rocks, not a sandy experience for the kids. The aqua park is made out of 5 slides where one doesn't work and 2 others being dangerous and poorly designed. What made all of that worse is cost which wasn't low compared to the quality we got. I'd prefer to pay 50% more to get a normal...

Amazing compound! Really well kept and outstanding service. The pool area is really nice with a lovley garden and a poolcafe.
