كازابلانكا بيتش - Casablanca Beach — Hotel in Al Ahia'

Avoid!!!! Booked a 1 bedroom apartment through booking.com paid for it weeks in advance when we arrived at the hotel they refused us entry and told us we have got to pay for the room again as apparently booking.com didn't pay them. Witch was a lie contacted booking.com they advised not to give them anymore money as we already paid for it already they refused to give us keys to the property we paid for demanding money off us and trying to offer us a smaller apartment that someone was living in for double the price it wasn't clean fag buds on the floor bed had just been slept in sweaty marks all over the bed bitten about 5 times in the space of 5 mins the hole building is falling apart looks like a construction sight on your way up to your room refused us to use the WiFi to contact people to help got very angry with me when we refused to pay again they just kept trying to scam us out of money even for drink he showed us another room witch was his dads room and tried to get double for that too we were left for 4 hours stuck in hurghada city as they refused us entry avoid at all cost the place is filthy I wouldn't allow my dog to sleep there its that bad full of ((scams)) avoid at all cost I definitely do not...

Terrible experience ever !!!

Unfortunately, my visit to this place was extremely disappointing in every way. The cleanliness was absolutely horrendous; the place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, with visible dust and dirt everywhere. On top of that, there was an unbearable, unpleasant smell that made staying there incredibly uncomfortable. I will never visit this place again, and I strongly advise others...

The rooms are pretty good and clean but the electrical devices weren't that new which was a bit annoying but compared to the price it's good.
