Truely a beautiful and amazing place to stay in Eygyt. Hotel is very friendly and very acommondating to my family whilst here on our 2 week satay over the Xmas period. The standard rooms have a big double bed and a pull out sofa bed so if you want separate rooms for the adults and one for kids make sure you know this before you come and book a family room. The rooms are cleaned well everyday and fresh towels supplied so all good there. If it is a family holiday you are participating in then there is stuff your little ones can do whilst here. There is 4 pools, but only one heated and this one gets really busy in the day we were coming down at 7 and still finding it hard to get a good sun spot. There are also plenty of water slides for the kids to use. Plenty of activities for kids to participate in the day, to be fair most kids will be happy with the pool. The beach is man made but good with a jetty going out to the sea so people can swim and see the fishes. Unfortunately the corels are practically gone, you need to swim out a bit to see anything at all really but the fish are present close in.Also on the beach are camel rides. There are of course shops on site which at first appear to be cheap but trust me if you go out to Hurghada Sheridan Street you if haggle will get things well cheap bought a pair of Nike Air max trainers for 30 pound. Can buy good T shirts for 4 English pounds.Haggling is everything out here and if you aint used to it can be stressful just got learn to walk away.Sheriton Street has Macdonalds and KFC and a pizza King which serves proper pizza's this good when you get sick of the Hotel food because trust me you will eventually.Other places to go are the marina which is really good don't get hassled as much by the hooky men trying to settle stuff and there is a really good restaurant there called Waves. This place is cheap and the food is good even does chicken nuggets for the kids.At the hotel they will try sell you trips out and about. Everything from boat trips to horse riding and quad safari. The boat trip to Giffton island is a must for everyone I think. 25 English for a super trip which is all day thing. One hour at the must beautiful place with the Red Sea corels at there best then another hour where you can snorkel again or fish with hand lines for the fishes. Then another quick trip to the island for a hour which is stunning. Then another quick trip to a fast boat where you can go on a banana boat then back to the marina then bus home all this for 25 quid. Also do a fishing trip which once again we'll worth the money a horse trip in the sea and the dessert and a amazing quad trip all reasonably priced and I personally think a must while your here. The man to look for booking your trips at the hotel is Zidan ask for this man you will be well look after trust me he will give you the best price available. OK now for the good tips to make your holiday better. Bring a big plastic cup as the cup sizes are really small and your find yourself constantly going to the bar refilling otherwise trust me on this one. Tip two. Tip your bar man and one of the restaurant staff if you do this they will take care of you trust me they remember you after and as I said will bend over backwards for you there after. Tip three get up early 7 if not before to get a good pool side place or trust me you will won't get a good pool side spot. Tip four learn just to say NO to the hooky men or you will get hassled all day long. Just say you already booked or something. Tip five don't need to bring your own towels, plenty there save on weight in luggage. In fact as things are so cheap out here there are things better bought out here. Swimming goggles snorkel. Swimming shorts everything really. Clothes are so cheap and of good quality out here wish I just bought out here. Everything from fake Armani to Gucci to addidas, Nike you name it they more than likely got it. Tip six if you ain't a big drinker and prefer other things the local taxi men can...
Read moreHello! I will start with the fact that we went from the TUI travel agency. On the first day we arrived, the service man was nice and decided to take all our luggage to the room until he ordered money for us from this service. Of course, we did not pay him because we know their mentality. Dear state, there is nothing in Egypt such as "for free" This is a service that you have to pay for. The next day we went to eat our first breakfast in this hotel, the choice was really big but the food was not so tasty. Of course at the beginning we tried a little bit of it, but after 4 max days we said this food is not good. As for All Inclusive, they give drinks in plastic small cups, such as wine, beer or vodka. They do not make some kind of flavored nice drinks. Cola vodka and that's all. If you ask them for three small cups of beer , they'll give you two. Alkochol is terrible you can't drink it. If you want to drink beer from a bottle there you have to pay four dollars ry to get a beer in a bottle. Animations for children are ok. For adults one and the same, zero performances, discos are of course also discos but once a week for $ 6 I think it is a slight exaggeration to be in a hotel with All Inclusive and pay 6 $ for a disco that lasts four hours ... The beach and swimming pools are really beautiful, there are several and a nice aquapark, a beautiful garden, This hotel is beautiful but after all it is a tragedy ... Lunch Box is also a failure dry roll cucumber and jam for the whole day of the trip. I write such a big review to you because I have already been in several countries like Greece, Turkey and I have a comparison how it looks like All Inclusive and how here. Please, comment or like if you agree with me because I want to know how you do in this you spent your holiday, and also let the hotel understand that he would change it and read it because it is a great tragedy. I do not recommend. First and last time.
Witam! Do czasu. Pierwszy i ostatni raz.Zapraszam do mojego Vloga na YouTubie, więcej tam opowiadam o tym wszystkim. Adventurer...
Read moreIf I could give no stars I would!! WORST HOTEL EVER!! Won't bore you with all the details, so here's just a few points....we're currently fighting to get our money back!!! DO NOT GO!! Cold pools - one small pool heated for several hundred guests Food / Upstairs restaurant busy, dirty, intimidating (groups of men sat together leering at women) food luke warm or cold and often no cutlery available so had to chase staff Drinks served in small plastic cups from a water dispenser - max 50mls - this included beer!!! Local Vodka and Gin not fit for human consumption, could run a car off it. Good luck getting tipsy or finding a drink that you can stomach Rooms tired, furniture barely standing (we had rusty nails sticking out of the balcony furniture), our front door had been re-built as it looked like it had been kicked in several times before and single glazed patio doors which don't keep out any noise Noise / Entertainment - starts by the pool at 10am and carries on all day until midnight, including the kids club sing-along (scream-a-long) in reception of an evening. Volume is either off or on full - so good luck getting your kids to sleep before midnight Hassle - constantly. By the pool, on the beach, walking past the shops - you will get no peace here from people trying to flog you the tat in their shops, spa services, fresh juice etc etc ......and that's before setting foot out of the hotel grounds Trips & Tours - do NOT book through MTS (Mahdie) - we had one good tour (no shops), followed by two that were basically an excuse for the guide to take us to his mate's shops (again hassle to buy, and when on a trip you are stuck there until the coach leaves) and one where the driver never showed up at all (went to the wrong hotel) and we then spent the next hour (on our last day) arguing with the rep to get our money back. Hotel manager little help as he says 'tour companies in reception nothing to do with hotel'. You have been warned Hotel in general - there appears to be lots of men working there, but they tend to stand around with their brooms by their side and messing around on their phones or talking. Lifts do no look safe, wires sticking out and displays often not working. Loads of 'Ultras Forever' and other Football firm stickers from Eastern Europe placed on walls and in lifts and never removed. Whole place feels depressing, oppressive, run down and not at all relaxing No info given at check in about bars, restaurants or opening times and as reception staff mainly catered for Italian, German, Russian and Middle-Eastern guests - not everybody speaks English. We were left to guess for 2 weeks about what was and wasn't available - and didn't even know about the a la carte restaurants until we spoke to other English families on our last few days (by which point we were desperate to leave) Beach - man-made, so you can't just walk into it as there's a 2ft drop onto shingle. There's a floating walkway out to the 'swimming area' which was very shallow with kite-surfers flying past us. Asked the lifeguard at the end of the walkway where was safe to swim - he didn't understand us, so a 5 minute paddle was all the time we spent in the sea during 2 weeks!!! Gardens - absolutely beautiful - if only the rest of the hotel matched the time and effort they put in to their...
