Avoid!! Do not put yourself and your loved ones in this hotel! By far not 5 stars! Manager unprofessional! The rooms are disgusting!Everything is old, very loud and crowded, Wi-Fi only free in the reception area (in 2025!!). Details: - The hotel in general in probably on the standard of a not very clean 3-star hotel in Europe. - The room was clearly not cleaned when we entered. The bedsheets were used, very dirty with hair and stains. The matress and topper had stains that resemble urine or other bodily liquids. The sofas had the same. The table had some leftover foodstains. The floors were sticky. In the nightstand was dirt and hair. When we informed the staff at the reception, they reacted as if we were causing them problems, rather than the other way around. - They agreed to send someone. - At 22h, there was still nobody there, so we came back down to the reception. The manager told us that we could go and have dinner while the room was going to be cleaned. After dinner, we still had no clean room, and it was then that we learned that nobody was allowed to enter the room without us. Again, everybody was very disrespectful and annoyed. At 23.30 someone named Mohammed arrived for the first time with just one blanket (also dirty and with lots of hair) and a single bed sheet (also dirty). He left again to bring a broom and the correct bedsheets and pillow cases, but he was already clearly annoyed and very rude. That man then refused to clean the room that night, but the floor and bathroom were so disgusting, that my husband started cleaning the room himself and piled up the dirt. All the housekeeper did was to say "5 minutes", to make my husband clean faster. We asked the manager to come and evaluate and witness the situation happening in a room of his hotel. He came with me and when confronted with the problems (pile of dirt and trash in front of him, as well as the hairs and dirt in the bathroom, and the clearly disgusting mattress, sofas and bedsheets) he very grudgingly acknowledged, that the room was far from an acceptable condition. HE NEVER APOLOGIZED! We asked to be given another room (we didn't want to sleep on that mattress), and he said that there were no rooms available in the entire hotel. After we insisted and told him that he had to have a room, he produced one immediately (that was all of a sudden available). The new room was a downgrade!!! It was equally dirty, and we had to wait for the team to clean it. We saw the way they cleaned and understand that this room has probably never been clean. The rags used to wipe the floor and the bathroom distributed new dirt, that hadn't been there before. In the cracked of the mattress there are still leftover food parts and other dirt. The manager picked a few parts out in disinterest. I asked the manager to please think of a way of compensation for all the problems (not to mention that it was way past midnight and we still had no room for us). He didn't want to understand, so I gave him an example (voucher for some drinks at the hotelbar or similar), and he chose to igmore it completely. Again, he never even apologised. In any other hotel and this situation, we would have been upgraded with an apology and a compensation for the inconvenience. None of these happened. With the words "Now good?" and a lot of annoyance, the manager left in the end. Later we found, that the shower was still full of hair from the previous person, and that one of the towels was also dirty, with what looks like the leftovers out of someones nose. This experience alone deserves a 0-star rating, and to warn everybody possible from booking this place. However, we should also mention that the food is very basic, and if you are planning to have a late dinner away from the crowds, the food will be old and the staff is cleaning the floors next to your dinner area with very strong cleaning products, as well as loud noises from moving around metal cooking objects. Avoid this kind of treatment for you and your loved ones, and don't book here!!

We were put in this hotel by Hvezda Hurghada travel agency as a replacement for the Long Beach 5 star resort we were supposed to be in needless to say it didn't match it at all. It's definitely a 3 star and a young family hotel, not what we had in mind. I have stayed in quite a few Egyptian hotels and not all 5 stars, and I'm not a fussy eater but there really wasn't much I wanted to eat at any meal times. The main restaurant is like a huge school canteen, noisy, massive queues and waste food everywhere. Not nice at all. There are a couple of smaller restaurants which were better but with the same food and less choice. The all inclusive for drinks is a joke, the tiniest plastic glasses you can get, just bigger than a shot glassšŸ™„ my advice would be to pay for a big one from the shop and tip the guy serving your drinks. We didn't see any worthwhile entertainment but we were so pissed off with it as we shouldn't have been there in the first place. I can't fault the rooms as they were ok, big enough, clean and showers were good. There were several pools to choose from but the only heated ones were full of kids and not relaxing at all. There are even swim up pools if you're lucky enough to get one of the ground floor rooms. If not you might get to open your patio doors to see a building site like us! There is a games area on the balcony to play pool Ā£15 for an hour and numerous other over priced games too. All in all if you have young children, got a cheap deal, like being at a cattle market and can find something you can eat then this place will do. But it was most definitely not what we paid for.

My stay at Hawaii Paradis Aqua Park in Hurghada was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, I encountered poor service, unhygienic conditions, and outright negligence. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs.

Service: The staff was indifferent and unprofessional. There was no warmth or willingness to assist guests. During check-in, they provided no information about the hotel facilities or activities, and throughout my stay, it felt like they couldn’t care less about the guests’ comfort or needs.

Cleanliness: The rooms were absolutely disgusting. The floors were dirty, the bathrooms were filled with hair and grime, and the bedding was old and worn out. I was appalled by the lack of basic hygiene and maintenance.

Food The food was by far the worst part of the experience. The quality was extremely poor, and the dishes were stale and unappetizing. Honestly, even cats and dogs would refuse to eat this! It was inedible and unacceptable for a place that claims to be a hotel.

The Horrific Incident: During my stay, I slipped in a public area due to a wet floor with no warning signs, resulting in a broken arm. The pain was excruciating, but the hotel’s response was even more shocking. They did not call an ambulance or offer any first aid. I was left to suffer and had to arrange my own transportation to the hospital. The complete lack of care and responsibility was inhuman and utterly disappointing.

My Advice If you are considering booking a room at this hotel, RUN FAR AWAY. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

To begin with, my mobile phone was stolen on day 1 as soon as I entered in the resort. The room was disgusting, hair on the bed sheets, a funny smell in the bathroom, no liquid soap, no shampoo, no towels, only a roll of toilet paper (the 1 ply one- it was like cleaning with sand paper lol) Day 2- After the telephone incident we were scared of loosing other stuff too and decided to lock our valuables in the seif. The safe's battery was low so we asked to be changed. A guy camed and showed me how to enter the locking code. Explained that the reason I called him was to change the battery, he said the battery is fine and wanted to see me how I enter the code. I asked him to turn around, so he won't see my code, the guy said relax and he showed me that he had a key to open the safe anyway. I said he is not helping me and asked him to leave the room. He said "I no leave, you give money" had to tip him to leave. Breathe in breathe out... we went to the swimming pool. In 10 min we had at least 7 people trying to sell us stuff. First I said I am not interested, they didn't care, second I tried to ignore them, they become rude as why am I not talking to them, third I was pretending I am asleep- they woked me up to talk to me. Anyhow, refused everybody and their services and after an hour they were back asking again. We were targeted. I noticed that us, foreigners, we had different coloured bracelets than the locals. We were in the spot light "hello mister english man" I am not English I said, "oh yes you are!". Mate the plane I flew with came from England. "Reception told them that we were from England" . I feel sorry for the UK tourists. Breakfast-not too many options but won't starve. Lunch-much better than breakfast- everyday you have a different protein like fish, chicken or beef. The issue is that they will serve it. to you by the portion. Asked for chicken and gave me a drum stick(to picture I am nearly 100kg :)) Told the chef to give me more, he cut a tight in half and gave it to me and said no more. Funny, there was a russian guy in the que, a bodybuilder, I was waiting to see his reaction. Same story, poor guy was talking to himself, swearing. Day 3-the towel scam day- you have to return your beach towels. by the towel tower by 13:00 or else you will be charged for it and for the towel and for the towel key. Towel tower was closed at 12:00. Spoked with the worker he said it was 13:00 I showed him the time, he said to. come back at 13:00. Had to speak with the manager to be able to leave the towels and not be charged. So many things happened on my 3 night stay, I can write all day long hahaha. Seriously, if you have money and don't know how to waste them, go to this place. If you want a decent holliday, go somewhere else Greece, Spain, Turkey etc. Airport is savage, they will try to scam you as soon as you get off the plane.... airport when going back home, savage, 8 checks. Guy with his hands in my pockets because the gate beeped took my wallet and throw it away on the conveyor belt from the scanning machine. He almost hit a lady because she was queing at the men's que. Glad I'm home. wish you well guys and PLEASE...
