This place can't be called a hotel, not to mention that it claims to be a 4* place, however, they have no certification atall.|My story begins after driving 550km to the place to find the "so called manager" telling me that myself and many others who booked on Booking will not be checked-in since they have a water problem in a whole floor and everyone is on vacatio so there is no one to fix it. Regardless of this being a lie, he didn't try to find a reasonable solution but instead waited for everyone to change their booking tk somewhere else or try to get their issues solved on their own.||The story of the "so called manager":|1. I had a clash with him where I raised my voice since he was ignorant and neglected us for about 3 hours.|2. He told me that he can simply just cancel my booking on arrival if he doesn't like my look.|3. He said that their all inclusive which is normally whenever I book means all meals are open buffet is a set menu and I will just receive a meal to eat and that this is the normal in all hotels which is not true.|4. He didn't even offer a bottle of water while we waiting in a very poor reception for over 3 hours.|5. He is one of those arrogant persons who understands nothing about how to manage and contact customers, he is so good as long as there are no problems but he never learned that management is all about solving issues not distributing smiles on the customers who have no issues.|6. He is not well presented as in normal 4* hetels dressed in a uniform or having atleast a name tag! I have no idea how this can be called a 4* service.||In total, that was terrible experience that I had to transfer, your stay might go ok but generally why risking when you are having a holiday that you want to enjoy. I wouldn't give this "hotel"...
Read moreI'll start with what I liked. before, I'd like to add that I'm not a very demanding customer and I'll look rather for the bright side of the service:)
Staff: the receptionist (Abdel) was super helpful. The cleaning service as well (as long as they understand what you need and you politely approach them). room: spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed. the beach: quite big, clean, with extra paid (kitesurf, spa, parasailing) and free (volleyball and football pitch) activities available. there is a person who can prepare a sun bed for you. not very crowdy. the restaurant/bar at the beach is really nice the pool is big and quite deep (like1.70m.). you can learn diving there.
now, the "dark" side: staff: well, some staff members were not that helpful and nice. room: although it was clean, a lot of things were broken: the door and the fridge were difficult to open, there were water shortages, the bathroom not really well designed (when you take a shower, you put the water everywhere), the floor and walls were damaged. I didn't mind it, because it wasn't dangerous, but for someone who likes aesthetic space, it will definitely be problematic. the building: is also neglected and damaged. the cleaning staff doesn't use vacuum cleaners, they swipe everything.....so it doesn't clean the space:) the beach: the water is very shallow. you have to walk far away if you want to get deeper. the pool: is also neglected and the water could be cleaner (although it's well cleaned every day. there are simply too many families with kids and too many women getting there in burkas).
as the location is concerned, it may seem...
Read moreSo we booked this hotel based on the pics via booking.com, |Upon arrival, lobby area was dark and gloomy, very eerie with a lack of people. The place was a construction site, the pictures online didn’t represent the actual hotel.||The place was full of locals, seemed like the hotel rented out blocks/ apartments to local people, barely had any tourist there.|||We were told that warm water comes on every hour due to a shortage in Hurghada, that was a lie since we booked another hotel in the same area which did not have the same issue.||Breakfast was mediocre, and lunch and dinner was bought from outside the hotel not cooked in house.||Towels were dirty.||Slept one night since I was shattered, in the morning I packed up and left. Upon leaving, we were told to cancel our booking on booking.com so we can’t leave a negative review, I refused so the guy at reception cancelled my booking so it seemed like I didn’t actually arrive. |He tried to emotionally blackmail us as well.||Worst part was, made us pay in cash for two nights because we left after checkout time.|Do not ruin your holiday and book...
