El Morgan Hotel — Hotel in Al Ismailiya

The location of the hotel is nice, near by Cairo "45min. - 1 hour max.", already existing on Google maps if you follow the road.||The sea is ofcourse terribly dirty "that's the case in Fayed sea for all the resorts/hotels"||||The pools in the hotel are not very deep, but you still can swim. There are 2 similar designed adult pools, and another one for kids.||||The Chalet we had were near by the pools "3rd one from the pools" that was ok, not near by the noise. It wasn't very clean but ok.||||The full cleaning for the chalets is done once a week, and the normal cleaning just contains changing the towels, and supply the toilet papers.||||There's a kids area, pretty old, and not maintained well at all. Also the resort contains a very big football field which was used as a car parking :s||||The surrounding area doesn't contain much shops, only 1 small fish shop, and another supermarket where you can mainly buy your daily needs.||||The staff in the hotel seems to have different background education & experience, and was very obvious that each one is dealing with customers according to his background, and not according to a standard rules in the hotel. Some of them were very nice, and keen to do the job; others were very rude though.||||For fishing activities, just forget it, no fish at all in the area ..... the maximum where your fishing line can reach is still a very shallow water with almost no fishes, if you are lucky you can get a 5-10 cm fish at the most. There're a lot of sea shells where you can find on the shore & you can take them for making a delicious sea shell soup.||||The most nice thing & activity we had, was the jet ski & the Peddle; we enjoyed a lot.||||In general we enjoyed the weather, the activities, and tried to enjoy ourselves, but in general a couple of days would be very nice, but a whole week is too long to stay in...

A nice place love to visit again. A place that makes you live the 90s nostalgic experience. Nice beach welcoming stuff and very nice beach cafeteria. You can have a quite and romantic night beach sit and drink your favourite drink. Cleanliness is acceptable and they pay more attention to small cleaning issue. Food is below average however stuff are welcoming and helpful. You can rent the private Villa enough to for 6 persons. in which you can have nice a good reception , two bathrooms and three bedrooms each takes up to two persons. Or a challet or also a room. In the hotel. They have a nice nostalgic billiard room with many 90's era artists pictures and signatures. Pool is little bit small and crowded in busy days however beach is ok. Take it if you are looking for a quite place and close to Cairo 80m...

I've been a regular client here for more than 15 years, every year it gets worse. This year we faced a miserable welcome starting feom havin to wait for 2 hours to get the vila we booked, to finding out it has not been cleaned after being advised to go to the unit. Waiting for house keeping to clean up the unit, and during this time they keep meoving our bags around which ended up in loosing important papers because the houses keeping person decided they were trash and dumped them without asking anyone.

Made a Complaint and got an answer that was my mistake to go into the room, as if we took over the room.
