Eastern Al Montazah Hotel — Hotel in Alexandria

Worst Place ever! I don’t even can consider it a hotel! Just a place offering 4 stars rooms The staff doesn’t actually care if you have any problem or request and they just leave you till you ask 3 or 4 times to do anything!

I’ve requested an extra bed and no one bothered to send it i had to go down after 5 hours from checkin in and asking i’ve asked for an extra bed 3 times and no one sent it just for them to respond and sending me the room service to open the couch!!

We’ve booked a half board open buffet reservation and what we got was this in the below image!!

We have to choose from a set menu and there’s no buffet since the hotel is under booked!! And when i ask that I don’t like it and i want my money back for the half board they said we’re sorry that’s not possible!!

Finally before checking out the reception ask how was your stay and i explain all of concerns for the 2nd time in only a one night stay and no one bothers ... saying sorry i hope i could do something for you!!!

These people doesn’t understand the meaning of a hotel or the meaning for a customer service!!

Eastern Montazah is located in Florence Mega Mall. Entrance looks nice and chic.||Mr Michael ( at the front desk ), upgraded our room to a pool view one.||There are 2 pools at the hotel.||Room is clean, so is the bathroom.||( In case you felt you need them to change your bedsheets, you can always ask.)||Staff are hard working.||We enjoyed the breakfast. It has many varieties.||Mrs. Mona at the restaurant, very welcoming and smile never leave her face. Let's start with the most critical: 1- I suffered diarrhoea and stomachache after my first breakfast there for almost a week. Even the plates were not clean, I had to ask for clean ones. 2- There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. We reported to the reception who advised the housekeeping are coming right away, but nobody came until we left. 3- they say the room is a garden view while it's a green carpet view. We asked to be moved for the higher floor for privacy, and we got that denied despite there were empty rooms. Just no one pays attention. They just smile and nod. 4- the location is quite bad, it's completely unsafe to walk around especially at night. A lot of toktok in the area and the road is not paved. 5- there was music at the corridor all day and night which was very annoying.

The staff in the restaurant were cheerful and helpful.
