Flores casas de playa — Hotel in Alexandria

TLDR; very good, nice view, good price, beachfront and 1.5km from nearest restaurant or supermarket. This apartment building has multiple options including direct sea view. Despite the inconspicuous entrance, the apartment itself was convenient and the sea view was unobstructed and simply amazing. Parking slots available are limited to parallel parking outside the building. The beach right in front is public and gets busy in the summer, but very calm and nearly empty in the winter. The apatrment was clean and suitably furnished. Two bathrooms in some apartments are a convenience if multiple persons need to shower after swimming. No AC, but fans are provided. The kitchen is acceptable and has all the basic tools for a homemade meal, multiple restaurants deliver, some supermarkets deliver; but generally all of them are far (1.5 km downtown) with no public transport on this particular street, so either have a ride, or buy your needs in advance. Essentially there are no staff, only a doorman for the Entire building so it's a help-yourself kind of a place, which is kind of home-like. Suggested basic supplies to bring beforehand (hand soap, dish soap, tissues, kitchen sponge or steel wool, tea, coffee, sugar, a 10L water bottle, bread, mosquito repellent). The apartment was okay, furniture is okay. Living room was big and nice. The view is great, but music outside very loud till 1 am. Apartment could be more clean, such things as a toilet sit is a must, not me who has to clean after someone. Coacroaches found in the room. And toilet.

The way to apartment is very narrow in old aria, the building is still not finished or already old and broken. Scary elevator. The nagbours very screaming outside in their apartments till 4 am so we couldn t sleep well and i have a baby.

Furniture is okay, but windows and kitchen old and broken. The fridge was good. Over all the host was friendly and gave all the information.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Flores Casas de Playa. The flat was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and offered a breathtaking direct view of the sea — waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise from the balcony was simply unforgettable.
