Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza — Hotel in Alexandria

The best hospitality I’ve received at a hotel so far in my life. I visited Egypt for the very first time for an important exam. The staff is so respectful, sincere and happy to help even before you ask for it. They made sure I felt at home and honestly, traveling alone I was taken care of so much! 🌺❤️😇

My initial room booking was with booking.com but i was offered a better deal by Hilton Honors for the same room. I saved some money! 👍🏼💵❤️

They made sure all my requests were considered and the room was big, clean and quiet 😁

The staff is 10/10. Front desk staff assisted me with the language barrier when i wanted to go for my PCR and for all other enquiries. Concierge : Mr Nasser and Mr Mostafa arranged airport transfers to and from the hotel, and to my exam venue in cars that were absolutely clean, with good drivers who drove safely. The bell boys were super helpful and made sure I am assisted at every moment. I was also assisted on must see places and shopping places in Alexandria so that I could plan my day trips in advance. Housekeeping : Room was cleaned thoroughly and immediately when requested. Moreover, whenever I requested for additional items they were delivered to me in no time. Thanks to Ayman, and Abdul Badr. Room dining : ordered food for in room dining and the quality of food was incredible, and the lady always called to check if I had received my food in time (within 30 minutes) and if I liked the food. Buffet: I also tried the breakfast buffet which is for EGP 250 all inclusive at the Alexander restaurant. They have a wide variety of bread selection (never seen so many types of bread and danish anywhere else), live omelette station which had falafel, pancakes and waffles too! The staff was so eager to assist and their service was top notch. Ms Yasmin Abdullah came to me for my feedback and made sure I enjoyed my food. Also, the restaurant manager is always happy to tell you about the dishes on the menu for each day. Security : Last, but not the least the security and bell boys downstairs always helped me to converse with the Uber and talabat guys. They made sure I traveled safe.

The hotel is situated on top of an open air mall with lots of shops and a few eateries. The hotel doesn’t mind you bringing outside food at all which is actually amazing!

I visited this hotel January 8,9 checked out on the 10th. To begin with , we had two rooms , they weren’t even cleaned once, no towels were changed, coffee and tea cups were never changed . We had to complain to the manager on duty who apologized and tried to get someone to clean the room at 10 pm while we were very sleepy after a long day.||We had two cars in their parking . We Were asked to pay the parking even though we were told it’s included in our package , when I told them that , they called the manger on duty as he is the in- charged person . His name is Walid Maher, he is the last person to deal with : NO MANNERS, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, HE RESPECTS NO ONE, WORST BEHAVIOR IVE EVER SEEN. I told him that my BMW car got hit in their parking and I have no problem to pay parking even though I was told it’s included but they have to fix my car , he technically said, we aren’t responsible for your car….. I got very upset , I asked for his manager but he refused to get anyone for me and said that he is the decision maker and he won’t get any mangers . I got very upset and his response was that he got physical and twisted my arm and this is all recorded by the reception camera . I called the police to file a claim. Apparently there was a manger named Sherif Nassar and an assistant manager named Mohamed Abelrazek who appeared on stage when he heard me screaming . He tried his best to calm me down and technically asked me not to file a police report and he would waive the parking. I didn’t care about his nasty story , all I cared about is leaving that awful place as my sick mother was in my car the whole time . Please think ten time before going to this place who has no respect to customers , they have never heard about treating guests properly . I think what I’ve experienced was the worst nightmare I had in my life.||I still have to mention the girl who works as guest relations whom I guess Walid’s best friend who ganged with him against me and my daughter and cussed me with bad words and again if anyone would investigate , it’s all recorded by the...

After sending an email to Alexandria@hilton.com in regards to my sister's special occasion celebration, Nada and the whole Hilton Hotel Staff went above and beyond in communicating wonderfully and promptly, and providing a plethora of complimentary services and a big SURPRISE such as;

• They made my sister Esraa the Queen of The Day and took a photo with her. • They congratulated her with a Certificate of Appreciation dedicated from Hilton as a welcome note. • They upgraded their room to a royal suite. • They made their suite our Room of The Day, where their room gets decorated and granted special gifts from the housekeeping. • They sent her a cake with ‘Congratulations Esraa’ designed on it. • They gave them a voucher for two complimentary drinks in our oriental café Abu Ali. • They granted them complimentary access to the Executive Lounge.

We ALL were super Happy and EXCITED. We all thank Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza for providing the best they have and make my beloved family’s stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Speaking of the Hotel facility and location and food; it's a great renovated property with everything you need from indoor and outdoor pools, Spa and Gym. It's in a vibrant safe location connected to a shopping mall and accessible to many public transportation and within walking distances from multiple marketplaces and touristic destinations. The food at the Hotel restaurant and Executive lounge is super delicious and an open buffet with variety of food options. The best decision we made!

All in all, we are very happy with the hotel choice we have made - thanks to the Hotel staff and Guest Relations, and we are definitely going to stay with Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza again in the future anytime we...
