Siesta Hotel Alexandria — Hotel in Alexandria

The hotel is simple but has very big rooms. There are 3 beds in the room. Towels are not provided, so you need to bring your own. There's a kettle in the room, but you have to ask the staff for tea and sugar—they don't leave anything in the room.||The bed sheets were clean, although I brought my own. Only two small soaps are provided, so you’ll need to buy your own shower gel. The air conditioning runs 24 hours. There’s a TV in the room, but it doesn’t work.||Wi-Fi is free in the reception area, but in-room internet costs £10 Egyptian pounds for 1 GB.||The hotel is located in a very quiet area. It's about a one-hour walk to Carrefour and 30 minutes to the nearest shops. If you cross the road, there is a microbus (mashroua) to the station, which is very cheap. 7 years ago,this hotel was much better The sheets were clean, room service were faster , the hotel had much more visitors

BUT NOW, very baaaaad Sheets and rooms aren't cleaned enough , Service is very baaad, the breakfast is only getting worse (bread is like stone eggs are old production and honey is reaaallyyy bad) The mats are as if they haven't been cleaned from year ,the A.C doesn't work properly, and the floor isn't well cleaned 😡😡😡 It's really sad that they're only getting from worse to another (or maybe more)

But i really hope they get better again and give care to the ((((((cleaning service)))))) Pleaaaaaaaassseee

And i don't advise anyone to visit it...
