Really nice and convenient place for a medium to long term stay you would definitely feel at home staying there.|The apartment is located in a gated and very secure compound very well located. 15min away from Maadi. There is a qupermarket down the compound if needed. The apartment comes fully fitted with all amenities except washing machine. The host Ahmed is really nice and super reactive, if you have any issues he will be there to help day or night. Only point i had flagged during my stay were some internet connection issues which was solved after 2 days and a bit more cleanliness of the apartment before handing over to the guest ( properly vacuuming and changing the bedsheets and towels). We stayed here for 4 nights at the apartment in 203 8th floor. It was a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom. The apartment was clean and well equipped and had most amenities. However the water heater had issues and it was very disappointing not getting it sorted. Also the drainage in the bathroom was slow and flooded the entire bathroom. Heating was also okay. Only one bedroom heating was working well. If we hadn't booked this apartment during winter would definitely book again but not during ❄️ winter! Stayed at both the studio and the two bedroom apartment. Very nice location, extremely accessible, 200m to ring road, cozy stylish modern design and furniture, smart good quality TV, very good WiFi, extra convenient. Super market and bank at a 20m distance. The studio is Very good for one or two ppl, the only thing missing is a washing machine.
