Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience, but overall, it was quite positive. When we first arrived, we found that the hotel seemed a little underrated based on initial impressions. However, as we proceeded with our stay, it exceeded many of our expectations.

The check-in process was seamless and efficient, with the staff handling everything quickly and professionally. The lobby was well-maintained, welcoming, and set a pleasant tone for our visit.

The hotel room was absolutely fantastic. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. The size of the room allowed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, especially for a family like ours. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and there was even a sofa bed that we utilised.

The seating area was another highlight—it provided ample space to sit and enjoy a meal or simply unwind. Additionally, the room featured TVs in each area, which added to the convenience and entertainment options. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with a generous supply of toiletries, which was a nice touch.

The service throughout our stay was excellent. Staff members were attentive and ensured that all our needs were met promptly. The overall comfort of the room, from the bedding to the layout, made it one of the better hotel experiences we’ve had recently. It was a significant improvement compared to another hotel we stayed at in Cairo, the Paramita.

Unfortunately, there was one major drawback that significantly impacted our experience. Despite being a family, we were allocated a room near an area where a wedding was taking place. The music was blasting until 2 a.m., making it extremely difficult for us to rest. This was particularly disappointing, as it seemed avoidable with better planning and consideration from the check-in staff. Guests with families should be prioritised for quieter areas, especially when the hotel is aware of events that may cause disturbances.

Despite the noise issue, the quality of the room, amenities, and service were exceptional. If the staff could address this oversight in room allocation, the hotel would easily be a 5-star experience. As it stands, I would still recommend this hotel for its comfort and facilities but with a note of caution for families or light sleepers to check for event...

A Gem in Heliopolis: My Stay at The Guard Hotel, Egypt My recent stay at The Guard Hotel in Heliopolis, Egypt, was a truly delightful experience. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable, relaxing, and convenient base for exploring Cairo.

Immaculate Cleanliness: From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the hotel's spotless cleanliness. The public areas, my room, and all the facilities were impeccably maintained, providing a truly hygienic and refreshing environment.

Exemplary Room Service: The room service at The Guard Hotel was exceptional. The staff was prompt, courteous, and attentive to my needs. They ensured my room was always tidied and replenished, making my stay worry-free and comfortable.

A Slice of Paradise: I was particularly charmed by the hotel's beautiful garden. Lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and a calming water feature created a tranquil oasis in the heart of the city. I loved spending time here soaking up the sunshine and reading a book.

Poolside Perfection: The hotel's swimming pool was another highlight. It was clean, refreshing, and the perfect size for a dip after a day of sightseeing. The poolside area was well-maintained with ample loungers and parasols, making it a great place to relax and unwind.

Breakfast Bounty: My mornings at The Guard Hotel were always a treat thanks to the exceptional breakfast buffet. The spread was vast and varied, offering a delicious array of local and international dishes. Whether you craved fresh pastries, savory bites, or a healthy yogurt parfait, you were sure to find something to satisfy your cravings.

Overall: My stay at The Guard Hotel was a truly positive experience. The hotel's immaculate cleanliness, impeccable service, beautiful facilities, and delicious breakfast left me feeling pampered and relaxed. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Cairo.

Bonus Tip: The hotel's location in Heliopolis is excellent. It's close to several restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to get around and...

A hotel that is underdeveloped with its employees ,and deals with two standards and has no management and all of its employees deals with the person as the one who gives the decision in the hotel without referring to its management and depends on his right to alternate and his personal opinion without considerations of consequences, and among the advice to those who want to book in the hotel attention to the hotel's movement in fraud and not to provide A kind of support for the reservation, and telling you to refer to who agent who made the reservation for you and solve the reservation problem with him, which is not a problem in the first place, but rather it was created by the person in Hotel reception in not accepting the guest’s registration with him, knowing that the guest has paid the full value of the reservation and that the customer loses his reservation and money and begins the search trip About a reservation in another hotel, and without caring for the guest’s arrival from traveling to rest and his lack of knowledge of the city and the laws set by the employee who received himself, and led his guest to a waiting stage in the street after the hotel did not receive him due to a law established by a receptionist without reference to him and not announcing the hotel if The reference was correct for the guests on his page for reservations, which brings the placement of the guest on the street instead of his room because of this fraud on the guests while they are making a reservation with him on his internet page, so I advise all visitors of this thousand ,We advice from foreigners coming from outside Egypt to bring an official marriage document so that he can register in the hotel for the moment of arrival, or he will find himself in the street for not bringing it. Note that the hotel does not put a warning on its reservations page while making the reservation, but rather informs you of this upon arrival, and then you find yourself No shelter and lost the value of the...

I had a wonderful stay at The Guard Hotel. The highlight was definitely the reception staff — they were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. They even took the time to tell us about many touristic landmarks, which made our visit even more enjoyable. We also went for breakfast together with Anwar, and Ahmad was exceptionally nice and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, being very close to the airport, which made traveling easy and stress-free. The swimming pool looks elegant and well-maintained, adding a touch of luxury to the atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

Luxurious place with a spa, gym, and sports area that is 10/10, the rooms are also very nice and modern with air con and amazing bathrooms. Not many western tourists here so I would say it's best to only book here for a few days if you are coming since you will feel a bit out of place. Food and snacks were very cheap and we were given proper prices rather than the usual western price you get in other places in Egypt. Quite far from the tourist destinations such as the pyramids and saqqara so I would say it's only worth coming here towards the end of your trip to chill out for a few days before you leave home.
