Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience, but overall, it was quite positive. When we first arrived, we found that the hotel seemed a little underrated based on initial impressions. However, as we proceeded with our stay, it exceeded many of our expectations.
The check-in process was seamless and efficient, with the staff handling everything quickly and professionally. The lobby was well-maintained, welcoming, and set a pleasant tone for our visit.
The hotel room was absolutely fantastic. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. The size of the room allowed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, especially for a family like ours. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and there was even a sofa bed that we utilised.
The seating area was another highlight—it provided ample space to sit and enjoy a meal or simply unwind. Additionally, the room featured TVs in each area, which added to the convenience and entertainment options. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with a generous supply of toiletries, which was a nice touch.
The service throughout our stay was excellent. Staff members were attentive and ensured that all our needs were met promptly. The overall comfort of the room, from the bedding to the layout, made it one of the better hotel experiences we’ve had recently. It was a significant improvement compared to another hotel we stayed at in Cairo, the Paramita.
Unfortunately, there was one major drawback that significantly impacted our experience. Despite being a family, we were allocated a room near an area where a wedding was taking place. The music was blasting until 2 a.m., making it extremely difficult for us to rest. This was particularly disappointing, as it seemed avoidable with better planning and consideration from the check-in staff. Guests with families should be prioritised for quieter areas, especially when the hotel is aware of events that may cause disturbances.
Despite the noise issue, the quality of the room, amenities, and service were exceptional. If the staff could address this oversight in room allocation, the hotel would easily be a 5-star experience. As it stands, I would still recommend this hotel for its comfort and facilities but with a note of caution for families or light sleepers to check for event...
