I recently had the immense pleasure of working with Nada, the Events Manager at the St. Regis Cairo, for my sister’s wedding, and I cannot express how incredibly grateful we are for her exceptional service. From start to finish, Nada transformed what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless and unforgettable journey, making the wedding an absolute dream come true.

From our very first interaction, Nada exuded professionalism, warmth, and an extraordinary commitment to ensuring every detail was perfect. Her expertise in event management was evident in the way she handled every aspect of the wedding with such grace and precision. Nothing was too much trouble for her—whether it was accommodating last-minute changes, suggesting innovative ideas, or simply being available at all hours to answer our queries.

What sets Nada apart is her remarkable ability to understand and anticipate the needs of her clients. She took the time to listen carefully to our vision and provided invaluable insights and suggestions that elevated the event to an entirely new level. Her attention to detail is unparalleled, and she managed to strike the perfect balance between respecting our wishes and offering her professional advice. The result was a wedding that was not only beautiful but also perfectly tailored to my sister’s personality and style.

On the day of the wedding, Nada was a pillar of calm and efficiency. Her presence was reassuring, and she ensured that everything ran smoothly, from the ceremony to the reception. Her coordination with the St. Regis team was flawless, and every member of staff reflected her high standards of service. The entire event was executed without a hitch, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the occasion without worrying about the logistics.

But what truly touched us was Nada’s genuine care and passion for her work. She wasn’t just managing an event; she was creating a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and she did so with such heart and dedication that it felt as though she was planning her own family’s wedding. Her personal touch made all the difference, turning a great event into an extraordinary one.

I must also commend Nada’s exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond at every turn, always with a smile and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Her kindness, patience, and understanding made us feel not just like clients, but like cherished guests. It is rare to encounter someone who combines such professionalism with genuine warmth, and Nada is a shining example of this rare quality.

In conclusion, Nada is an absolute treasure at the St. Regis Cairo, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She turned my sister’s wedding into a magical event that exceeded all our expectations. If you are looking for an events manager who is not only supremely competent but also deeply caring, look no further than Nada. She truly made our experience one of the best customer service encounters we have ever had, and we are forever grateful for her remarkable efforts.

Thank you, Nada, for your exceptional service, your incredible dedication, and for creating memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. The St. Regis Cairo is incredibly fortunate to have you on their team, and we are beyond lucky to have had you by our side during this...

i HAVE SENT THIS MESSAGE ON THE 12/06/2025 VIA EMAIL TO THE ATTACHED PEOPLE. STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM THEM. Feedback Regarding Recent Stay at St. Regis – Cleanliness and Comfort Concerns

THIS PLACE IS FILTHY!!!

Dear St. Regis and Marriott Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the St. Regis New Capitol and I would like to begin by expressing my appreciation for the exceptional service I’ve come to associate with your brand. The property itself is nothing short of majestic — elegant, refined, and truly reflective of the luxury that defines the St. Regis name. I was also genuinely grateful for the complimentary upgrade to the three-bedroom suite, which I received upon check-in. The food, service and spa was exceptional. People were all so amazing.

However, I’m very disappointed to share that the experience within the suite did not align with the high standards I have come to expect from both the St. Regis and the wider Marriott group. Upon entering the suite, I was immediately struck by its poor state of cleanliness. There was visible mud throughout the space, and dust bunnies had accumulated across multiple areas — I have attached a video for your reference.

More troubling, however, was the persistent mosquito problem. Despite my raising this concern during the stay and the suite being fumigated, the issue was not resolved. My children and I were repeatedly disturbed at night by mosquitoes buzzing in our ears, making for an uncomfortable and restless experience. Twice the House Keeping team came in to clean but honestly it’s was sloppy and poor. It felt more like a motel 1* experience. Within 10 minutes of arriving in the MBR I killed 5 mosquitoes. The floors were all dusty and muddy.

As a Platinum Elite member and a loyal guest who has chosen to stay at multiple St. Regis properties worldwide, this stay was not reflective of the standards I’ve come to know and trust. It was both unexpected and disappointing to encounter such issues, particularly at a property of this caliber.

Given the circumstances, I believe some form of compensation would be appropriate and appreciated. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps ensure that such lapses are addressed for future guests.

I look forward to hearing from you. I prefer not posting this review...

Staying in the St. Regis Almasa hotel was a dream of my son. Accordingly we booked a suite in this hotel to relax on the last night in Cairo before flying back to UK. We didn't had any idea of the location of this hotel being a foreigner. On 17th Dec'21 we went to Alexandria on the way back it got delayed mostly because of rain and we got lost couple of times, By the time we reached in the hotel it was almost 10PM. My son was crying in the car as all his plan got jeopardised. On arrival to provide kids their privacy we requested for an additional room, to be honest we didn't receive desired support from the people in the reception.Somehow managed to book a room using our mobile in a much lower rate while standing in front of the reception. Our room got ready, room was fantastic, but the bathroom was absolutely crazy, water from the shower cubical was not draining as a result it flooded the floor, also noticed issue with commode, we called reception, someone came didn't solve the issue, by that time 1 & 1/2 hours passed, we were completing the PLF formalities in our room no one was in a position to use the toilet. Again I called reception and expressed my dissatisfaction clearly. Then Mr Ayman Mostafa Ahmed arrived with the room service person. A pure gentleman with excellent attitude. He listened to me calmly, and by realising the situation apologised to us. Offered complimentary Breakfast knowing I am Gold Elite Member of Marriott group and also a free drop off into the airport. He handled the situation professionally. I can say person like Ayman is an asset for St Regis Almasa Hotel. In fact problem with the bathroom continued, in the mean time I could build a trusted relationship with Mr Ayman, so I shared the facts with him, he said I will address it as soon as you leave the hotel and until it is solved we will not give it to any other guest. All the people in the hotel whether in breakfast place, in Massage place , golf car driver, receptionists or the driver who dropped us in the airport are absolutely polite, decent and well mannered. I hope within coming 2 years new capital will be ready, we have a plan to visit Egypt once again as 7 days are insufficient to explore this amazing country. so i will explain my opinion is about this hotel. this hotel is almost four years old.but the building look like have been (decades) very old it is very dilapidated. organization effort is not enough. looks very impressive entrance. and from many photos from the internet. but the reality is completely different. I made a phone reservation with the price. (x) when we arrived I went to the reception and they asked me if I have a confirmation number I said no because the reservation is by phone a few hours ago. there they told me another price. I explained to them that they were wrong and I did not accept it. and they apologized to me and gave me the price I had done over the phone. unfortunately the room was not clean I really did not expect such a thing. are missing basic things that a customer needs. in the jacuzzi it was in a messy condition it did not have a towel inside to dry it was dirty the water entrance to the jacuzzi had black stains. I saw many men working in the hotel looking at my wife insultingly. Almost all Egyptian men have the same culture unfortunately. you just do not accept it from the staff of such a good hotel that belongs to such a large family hotel. and one day before I leave. I made my complaints at the reception and we talked after a few hours with the hotel manager. free upgrade a better room for the half day I will sit. this is not enough for me. I had requested by phone on the last day of my stay a disposable toothbrush they tell me we have we will send you. after half an hour I get a phone call I did not come anyone tells me comes the cleaning staff. after an hour again they say sorry we do not have is this situation ?. informed those responsible what happened. and when we got back from the gym we found a toothbrush in the room after at least 5 hours. It's not all the photos i have more + video Mirror very dirty. With the clean towel I make it a little bit wet and I try to see if it's dirty around full ditty. I'm disappointed

We stayed here to unwind and relax at the end of a busy tour of Egypt's ancient sites. The location is far from the chaos of Cairo, and it's certainly not a great hub if you're planning to tour the popular sites in Giza and Memphis. New Capital City is still largely uninhabited, especially during the post-Ramadan holiday when we were here, and it felt like we almost had this 95-acre palace to ourselves. The hotel lobby, restaurants, and suites are opulent, and the staff is exactly what you'd expect at a top, luxury hotel. Coming from the USA, we also found the pricing to be quite reasonable. We stayed in a St. Regis suite, which was quite spacious. The bed and pillows were luxuriously comfortable, and we liked the adjacent dressing room and massive bathroom with both a large walk-in shower and soaking tub. A generous spread of welcome treats awaited us on our dining table, though there was only one plate and napkin... perhaps they didn't realize we were a family of 3 when preparing the room? We also enjoyed the dual balconies with views of the pool. It's hard to find any faults, but the only thing I'd mention is that some of the grounds/facilities are in need of attention. The vast complex of pools, lagoons, bridges, walkways, and beautiful landscaping come alive at dusk with beautiful accent lighting; however, we noticed quite a number of step lights, wash lights, etc. were clearly broken. While the lobby and hotel itself looks like it was built to very high standards, some of the grounds had areas where it appears poor workmanship has prevented the design from reaching its full potential. Some areas look perfectly fine while others have broken pavers, lights hanging from their sockets, excessive paint peeling, etc. But overall, we were thrilled with our short stay here and wish we had at least one more day to enjoy it!
