My name is Livingstone, and my wife and I stayed at the Azal Pyramid Hotel in Giza from September 15th to 20th, 2025, in room 508.

Overall, the service at the hotel was excellent. At the reception, Mr. Muhammad, the concierge, was wonderful to my wife and me. We always felt welcome and well taken care of.

The two ladies responsible for housekeeping did a fantastic job—absolutely amazing. We truly appreciated their effort and attention to detail.

At the restaurant, Mr. Amin and Mr. Zied managed our meals with great care and precision. Their service made every dining experience enjoyable.

Finally, the limousine service provided by Mr. Muhammad was greatly appreciated. Thank you, sir, for your excellent service and for sharing the beautiful history of your country with us.

Azal Pyramid Hotel, my wife was happy—and when my wife is happy, I am happy. May Allah bless you all. Shukran, ya 3a’ilty.

Would you like me to make it slightly more formal (for example, suitable for posting as an official hotel review or email to management)?

Subject: Appreciation for Outstanding Service at Azal Pyramid Hotel

Dear Azal Pyramid Hotel Team,

My name is Livingstone, and my wife and I had the pleasure of staying at your hotel from September 15th to 20th, 2025, in room 508.

Overall, we were very impressed with the quality of service at Azal Pyramid Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for. At the reception, Mr. Muhammad, the concierge, was exceptionally helpful and courteous. His professionalism and kindness made a wonderful first impression.

We would also like to commend the two ladies responsible for housekeeping. They did a fantastic job maintaining our room—everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and cheerful attitude did not go unnoticed.

At the restaurant, Mr. Amin and Mr. Zied managed our dining experience with remarkable precision and warmth. Each meal was well-coordinated and enjoyable, reflecting the high standards of your establishment.

Lastly, we greatly appreciated the limousine service provided by Mr. Muhammad. His professionalism and knowledge of your country’s rich history made our experience even more memorable.

My wife was very happy with our stay, and as I like to say—when my wife is happy, I am happy. May Allah bless you all. Shukran, ya 3a’ilty (thank you, my family).

Warm regards, Mr. &...

Avoid – Theft- A Nightmare Experience

Our stay at Azal Pyramids Hotel was a complete disaster, with theft being the biggest issue. Our money was stolen from inside the hotel, and the staff showed no interest in addressing the situation. • Room Safes Don’t Work: None of the safes in our rooms were functional, leaving our valuables unprotected. Same for all other rooms. • Housekeeping Ignores ‘Do Not Disturb’ Signs: Despite placing the sign multiple times, housekeeping repeatedly entered our room without knocking—even while we were inside and sleeping. • Theft from Our Bags: On the third day, we returned to find the Do Not Disturb sign removed and the beds made. I checked my bag immediately and found that some money was missing. Later, my mother and aunt also discovered missing cash, along with stolen items like a phone cable and food. Housekeeping pretended to have cleaned the room, but even the trash bin wasn’t emptied—it was clear they just wanted access to steal. • Other Guests Had the Same Experience: After speaking with fellow guests, we learned that many had similar encounters. Some noticed their bags had been tampered with, and small amounts of money were missing. One guest even mentioned the front desk failed to return money owed for prepaid nights. • No Accountability or Action: When we reported the theft, the hotel stalled for hours before taking any action. No incident report was provided, and when we demanded they check security cameras, they kept distracting us with different managers. We requested the police, but when they finally arrived over 24 hours later, nothing was documented or recorded, making us question whether they were even real officers. • Systematic Theft & Zero Compensation: Given the lack of concern and the repeated incidents, it became clear this was an organized operation involving not just housekeeping but potentially the entire staff. They steal small amounts from multiple guests to cover up their crimes. Despite our complaints, the hotel refused to refund our stay, did not provide a receipt, and failed to reimburse us for the stolen money. This hotel is run by liars and thieves.

DO NOT stay at this hotel. It is unsafe, and your valuables are at risk. If you do, be extremely cautious with your belongings because this place is...

I am from Kathmandu,Nepal and my recent stay at the Azal Pyramid Hotel with my wife was nothing short of exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly memorable experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was met with genuine warmth and professionalism. The reception team, particularly Mostafa,Mariam and Samah deserve special mention for their incredibly friendly and accommodating service. Their seamless check-in process and helpful demeanor set the tone for a truly relaxing stay.

The room itself was a haven of comfort and elegance. Spacious and meticulously clean, it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered. The thoughtful design and comprehensive amenities ensured a truly comfortable stay, and the incredibly comfortable bed guaranteed a restful night's sleep.

The modern, spotless bathroom, complete with high-quality toiletries and plush towels, further enhanced the sense of luxury. Beyond the impeccable accommodations, the hotel's facilities truly impressed. The breakfast buffet was a daily highlight, offering a delightful array of fresh and delicious options that catered to every palate. It was the perfect way to start each day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was one of refined tranquility, making it an ideal retreat.

The Azal Pyramid Hotel has clearly mastered the art of hospitality, and I left feeling thoroughly impressed and rejuvenated. If you're looking for a hotel that combines exceptional service, pristine accommodations, and a truly memorable experience, look no further than the Azal Pyramid Hotel. I’m already looking forward to...

Stayed in this hotel for some days in two phases, during our trip to Egypt in a large group. We had an experience of staying in two different rooms in two phases. The rooms are basic with more or less everything in place. A few lights were not working and the maintenance staff could not rectify all of them. We were a big tour party and many of us complained about dirty and not so good rooms. My room was ok except the light issue during our first-time stay. The room during second time stay was satisfactory. The staffs are more or less helpful and cooperative. But many of them don't understand English, mainly the Indian accent which is a pain. We had only breakfast in this hotel and I liked the food in the breakfast. They were very good with a wide variety. The foods were also tasty and fresh. The swimming pool in the ground floor (Basement??) is well maintained but never saw anybody enjoying the pool. The view of the hotel from the poolside is great. The linens etc were clean and hygienic. Location wise the hotel doesn't seem to be located in a prime place of Cairo but rather situated near a Market in the older Cairo as I felt. The availability of wifi in the room varies with some rooms getting good signal and some not. The foreign currency exchange machine in the hotel reception lobby is an added advantage and exchanging USD, EURO etc to local Egyptian Pound is very easy. Overall satisfactory hotel. Recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Azal pyramid hotel and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist Youssef ,Abdar, Mostafa who were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. The check-in process was smooth, and I was quickly shown to my room. The room itself was pristine—spacious, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I got a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and spotless, with high-quality toiletries and plush towels. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's facilities. The breakfast buffet each morning was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh options. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal—centrally located and close to major attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the area. The overall ambiance was peaceful and relaxing, making it a great escape from the hustle and bustle. Overall, my experience at Azal pyramid hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place to stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
