Not worth the money. The hotel is very old and worn and in desperate need of renovation. Cleanliness could definitely be much better. The front desk staff were courteous but not particularly friendly. The mattress was comfortable but there was a small red stain on the sheet. The ONLY reason we stayed was because my partner was sick and desperately needed to sleep.
The breakfast was abysmal, the bread and pastries days old stale. There is a disco in the basement and a night club on the 6th floor. Both run until 5 or 6 am, and the pounding of the music was heard in our 3rd floor room. The surrounding area also left much to be desired.

Had a room on the third floor was bothered by construction going on during the day on 4th floor so asked for another room and got put on the first floor. Got one hour of sleep all night due to the club playing loud music all night, the room literally shakes from how loud they play the music. Very poor service from reception – I asked for water several times and never got it. Breakfast is limited and bad. I was charged 2,350 SAR just for checking in two hours early! The A/C was extremely noisy. There’s a nightclub downstairs, the smell is awful, and guests are asked uncomfortable questions when entering.
