I have traveled all over the world and stayed in hundreds of hostels. I can without a doubt say this was by far the best one I’ve ever stayed in. As soon as I booked, I got confirmation of my stay. I also received a confirmation WhatsApp from Hazem to confirm my flight details and make sure I had a ride to the hotel. He even offered to set me up with a ride. Arriving at the hotel, he immediately greeted me with an infectious and friendly personality immediately offering me water. He is the most kind and warm and welcoming. It was really refreshing after coming from a 15 hour travel day. Once checked in, he offered me tours and was patient and thorough with explaining what it offered. But not pushy to sell you like sometimes you feel at other places. It only got better from there in the two days I stayed. Making sure that I got food to eat and ordered great koshriy and had it delivered directly there. If you want a place that treats you like family the minute you walk in the door, you must stay here. The breakfast is amazing. You have a view of the pyramids from the balcony. The beds are very comfortable. The entire property is clean and well kept. I didn’t meet one staff member that wasn’t friendly and amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would. When I come back, I know exactly where I am staying...
