Champollion II Nile Cruise — Hotel in Luxor

The boat was nice and the cruise was enjoyable. Unfortunately they didn't adhere to any of the COVID rules they said they were implementing.were implementing. The boat was supposed to be 50% capacity but it was full and the dining room was super crowded tables feet away from eachother. They were serving food buffet style and letting guests serve their own food which is super unsanitary during COVID. They said rooms weren't being used for 48 hour between guests but this was also not true as we had to wait to check in for cleaning rooms and we saw them turning rooms over when we left for new guests. Nobody was checking temperatures anywhere on the boat, and nobody (guests or staff) was wearing masks even though signs said the must be worn, this wasn't being enforced in any way. We were supposed to stay on the boat for 3 nights but left early to stay in town because we felt unsafe with so many people. They blatantly lied about all the COVID measures they said they were implementing when the tickets were booked, so we were not...

A truly unforgettable experience! Your attention to detail and careful consideration of the guests’ needs and desires were very impressive It was Such an amazing experience with a very informative tour manager @Mohammed El Maadawy and the operation Manager Magdi EL-Gamil Luxor and Aswan have a rich and intriguing cultural history and @Mohammed El Maadawy done a wonderful job to help and understand it. After this tour we know so much more about Luxor and Aswan.

We were not sure what to expect from this tour, but were pleasantly surprised. The Cruise and homestay were lovely and clean. The staff made our trip most enjoyable and nothing was too much trouble. The meals were more than we expected. The food was presented in a way that you felt like you were at a seven star restaurant. We had the most enjoyable sleep ever. We would definitely do this trip again. Thank yoy Islam...

Globally it was an amazing experience as regards organization, food quality, good hospitality, helpful staff, sundeck, entertaining shows, tour leader Mr Osama, tour guide Mr naggar, master chef abdelraheem, shef Omar and Chef yahia Many thanks to them also Mr Mamdouh restaurant manager..but what bothered me a lot were the rooms and suite i reserved ; there was some problems with bathroom and air-conditioning and it wasn't solved in a satisfactory way, i don't recommend the suite at the front of the boat very bad view, view from the rooms are better but rooms re very narrow and bathrooms too..
