We came here with a baby sitting in a stroller and a disabled person sitting in a wheelchair. When it comes to the accessibility I have the following remarks:
-One cannot come out of the reception without stairs. 6-8 persons were needed to carry down the wheelchair. Our wheelchair is heavy and the person sitting in it is heavy too. It can possible be dangerous for the guest and the workers helping. There should be a ramp to the reception. -To access the hotel room (suite) you need to enter the lawn which is wet in the mornings because of watering. Firstly, who wants to have wet feet/shoes from the morning! Secondly, it is difficult to cross the lawn with a stroller and a wheelchair! There should be a path. -There is NO bathroom in the hotel area without a step. Again difficult for a wheelchair user. -To go to the beach you can use their complimentary golf car service which is a big plus. -You can access the sun chairs area on the beach sitting in a wheelchair.
Other things: -This hotel would get 2,5-3 stars in Europe. -The facilities would need some maintenance and renovation. -The price range during the high season is too high for the standard. During the low season, you get a good value for money. -The swimming pools are nice and...
Read moreThere isn't any good management in any department in the resort including reception, houskeeping, rooms or even the beach and staff.. Every working man has a double job, for example the man riding the shuttle by night is working on the garbage car by day and as a result there is not any shuttle to the beach by day, it only starts at 12 pm and when I discussed the staff he said that it would be torn easily if run on the day.. The mattresses were very smelly and totally unclean.. There were plenty of flies in the room and when I asked housekeeping to handle it he sent me some guy whose job is to handle the insects in the garden not the rooms.. He used some sort of very irritant insecticide and we kept coughing all the day. The staff are not helpful at all.. The cost is very high compared to the services offered.. I have been to more classy resorts with less cost.. There is no crib or baby cot available at all and the single bed would impossibly take a mum and her child.. When I called the reception to offer me a solution, they did not.....
Read moreThe village is very big and offers plenty of entertainment options, including a projector cinema, football, basketball, and volleyball fields. There are also multiple supermarkets, so there’s no need to go outside the village for groceries. In addition, it has several swimming pools, which is a big plus.
On the downside, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room had many maintenance issues: the air conditioner was leaking water, the lighting was very poor with a couple of bulbs not working, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. I contacted the receptionist multiple times, but most of these problems were never fixed.
The restaurant staff were great and very helpful, but the food lacked variety.
Conclusion: If you are a big family, this place could be a good choice since you’ll enjoy the entertainment side. However, if you are newly married and looking for a honeymoon destination, this won’t give you the...
