I would like to thank you for going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The cleanliness and relaxing atmosphere of the place did not go unnoticed, creating a peaceful environment that was much appreciated.

Furthermore, I was impressed by the professionalism and helpful nature of both the staff and managers. Their understanding and willingness to assist with any queries or requests were commendable and truly enhanced my overall experience.

Road was under construction with almost no light at night. Managment was unprofessional with disrespectful attitude towards the guest (I had a complain about the breakfast sandwiches(no open buffet) as I wasn't given a chance to choose from the five options available and when I asked for replacement, they ignored my request and kids didn't have their breakfast and I had to buy for them another sandwiches although breakfast is included) . Staff was friendly. Sea and pool were amazing with alerted life guards. Be careful as refill which is supposed to be regular by hotel standards is by request at this place.
