Sherine ( breakfast ) with her charming smile and patience Mohammed ( breakfast) his politeness is next level AlNobi ( beach ) what a pure soul and human.

there’s a public area HSK attendant ( girl ) mostly near by restaurant and lobby area… my bad didn’t get her name but she deserves a recognition for her professionalism!

If we passed 10 times/ hour by her she will greet us with same smile everytime as it’s first time…. Bravo

Valeria ( recreation ) her approach is super funny that makes u really want to participate in the activities even if u just want to sit and relax.

Omar ( F&B beach ) he made our stay memorable when he completely took the ownership and decision to perform on top empowerment and bring an item out of the menu when he knew that my mom does have special dietary requirements ( hats off to OMAR )

Needless to add that behind all these significant troops there are many more who have been also there and i apologize for forgetting names.

To wrap it, the fish smells from the head and i am confident that all the support team and leadership crew are doing so well that’s why the results are there Well done to ( Moustafa FOM, his welcome & hospitality is outstanding ) Great to see.

Shout out to ( Malak F&B Manager ) i see him every single day very early morning at the breakfast buffet checking on people and also ensuring no service gaps plus and most importantly not pressuring his team so they can perform better and more efficient.

I recently stayed at the Rotana Palma Bay Hotel on the North Coast and overall, it was a pleasant experience, especially for families. The suite we booked was spacious and well-equipped, perfectly accommodating two adults and two kids, providing a comfortable home-away-from-home feel.

Upon arrival, I did notice that the beach wasn't very clean on the first day, which was a bit disappointing. However, the rest of our stay made up for that, as the beach conditions improved significantly. The surrounding environment was lovely, making it a great spot for relaxation.

Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight, featuring a good variety of options that catered to different tastes. However, I felt that the patisserie section could use some improvement, as the quality didn’t quite match the rest of the offerings.

The animation team provided entertainment for the kids, but I wanted a bit more variety and enthusiasm from them. While they were nice, the activities weren't as rich or engaging as I had hoped.

One downside to consider is the price, which was nearly $400 a day. While the accommodations and amenities were enjoyable, I did feel that it was on the higher end for what was offered.
