It's forbidden to swim or use the beach due to dangerous sea and rocks. The room/chalet quality and furniture is aweful. Very poor housekeeping. Disgusting smell everywhere.

The worst staff and service ever, the staff won't hesitate to insult you. The customer service manager Hatem Nabil knows nothing about customer service or how to manage for that matter and even worse, he encourages staff to insult customers!

Impossible to get a decent good night sleep due to mosquitos, flies, other weird insects. It's like sleeping in the desert. I wouldn't be surprised if I found a snake wondering around.

What adds insult to injury is the declaration they force you to sign if you want to check in with the effect that you are responsible for your own, family and kids safety and security at any place and the management is not legally, criminaly, or financially responsible for safety related financial or criminal acts on premises!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute scam and rip off. Booked and reserved a beach view chalet and was completely shocked and disgusted with what I received. I received a room with broken appliances, poor sanitation, and was clearly not cleaned. Not only that but the facilities, activities, and services listed on the website are not all offered. In addition, there is horrible hospitality and customer service. No attention or respect at all for the guests. Also on the website there was a private beach at listed at the resort and it turned out the beach was 2 km away with horrible and inadequate transportation to and from the beach. انا تقيمي معتمد من جوجل مابز ورسميا من جوجل استريت فيو ، وعلشان كده باحط ارائي بشكل حقيقي وبدون مجاملات او مغالطات ، انا لسه جاي من بورتو مطروح ودي اول مرة اروحها وكنت نازل في الفندق مش في الشاليهات ، مكان بورتو مطروح انا شايف انه جميل جدا ، في طريق شاطئ كليوبترا ، وده بصراحة رائع علشان بتبعد عن زحمة مطروح اللي اصبحت لاتطاق ، سواء علي الكورنيش او في شارع اسكندرية اللي بقي اسوء من اسكندرية نفسها ، الشاطئ اللي علي بورتو اساسا كان للرؤية فقط ماكانش نزول علشان صخري ، انما الشاطي اللي تبع بورتو بتركبله الباص اللي بيطلع كل ساعة وهو قريب جدا جدا ، جايز خمس دقايق مش اكتر ، ومكانه تحفة ملاصق لشاطئ الدفاع الجوي اللي اسمه ايجلز ، وهو علي احلي حتة في شاطئ كليوبترا اللي بيمتاز بانه مافهوش امواج خالص ومش غويط لمسافة كبيرة جدا ، يعني اقصي معدلات الامان حتي للاطفال الصغيرين ، لو حتنزل الشاطي اللي جنبه لو ماكنتش في بورتو حتدفع من 200-250 في الدخول ، يعني بورتو بيوفرلك حوالي 1000 جنيه شواطئ في اربع ايام ، البيسينات كويسة ، بيسين الفندق مش كبير للاسف ، بس كويس ، كنت باروح بيسينات الشاليهات وهي كتيرة جدا وكبيرة وجميلة عن بيسين الفندق وفيها العاب اطفال مائية صغيرة ، المنتجع بقي فيه اكوا سيتي فيه حاليا ثلاث زحاليق من العاليين جدا ، بس الدخول الفرد ب 100 جنيه للاكوا ، الانميشن تيم موجود طول اليوم من الصبح الي الليل ، وهما شباب ظراف جدا ، القعدات المسائية جميلة ومتاحة والسوبر ماركت شغال وفيه كل حاجة بس اغلي شوية عن بره ، طبعا طالما انت في مطروح ممكن تجيب حاجتك من اي سوبرماركت بره ، بتوع السمك متاحين علي بوابة بورتو بس اغلي كتير عن بره ، البلطي اللي ب 40جنيه بره بيبيعوه ب 60 ، البوري ب 60 بره ، بيبيعوه ب 100 تقريبا ، يعني مفتريين شوية ، علي العموم انا تقيمي ان بورتو مطروح خمس نجوم زي باقي البورتوهات ، ونسيت اقول عن الاستاف بتاع النظافة او بتوع الجولف كار ، الناس رائعين...
