Rixos Premium Alamein - Adults only 18 Plus — Hotel in Matruh

We stayed at Rixos Premium Alamein for several days and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful, calm, and very well maintained. Everything from the check-in to the check-out went smoothly, and the staff made sure we felt welcome from the first moment.

The room was bright, clean, and comfortable, with a great view. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day — towels were changed, everything was spotless, and small details were always taken care of. It’s clear that cleanliness is taken seriously here.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best parts of our stay. There was a big variety of options — fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, pancakes, traditional dishes, and good coffee. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The service during breakfast was also great, with staff always checking if we needed anything.

The beach area is beautiful — soft sand, clear water, and enough space for everyone. The beach bar and the staff there were very friendly and always had a smile. It’s the perfect place to relax and just enjoy the view.

The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and relaxing. Even when it’s busy, it doesn’t feel crowded. There are nice spots to sit, read, or just watch the sunset. In the evening, the lighting around the hotel makes it feel warm and peaceful.

What really stood out to us, though, was the kindness of the people working here. Everyone we met was polite and helpful. But I especially want to mention Mr. Helmy Talat, who was always so professional, kind, and attentive. He was there whenever guests needed something and made sure everyone felt comfortable. He’s very respectful and has a calm, positive way of talking to people — you can tell he really cares about his work and about the guests. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely kind in a hotel, and he really made our stay even better.

The cleaning staff and restaurant teams also did an excellent job. Everything was clean, organized, and done with care. You can tell the management focuses on keeping the hotel at a high standard.

We also appreciated how quiet and safe the area feels. It’s a great place to rest, away from the noise of the city, with everything you need inside the resort.

Overall, Rixos Premium Alamein is a great hotel for anyone looking to relax in a peaceful, beautiful environment. The rooms are clean, the food is good, the beach is perfect, and the staff — especially Mr. Helmy Talat — are wonderful.

Also, this building is claimed to be for adults only, meaning there are no children in it. However, there are many children and their families in this building. I been a huge fan or Rixos hotel chain in Egypt and globally as well. However, this hotel is not operating at the same level at all , I had one of the most disappointing check in experience ever.

From the moment I have arrived I had to wait more than 45 min to check in despite the fact that I have arrived at the exact check in time not earlier as most of the guests do. The receptionist didn't even explain the hotel facilities or dining times , etc, nothing at all, they didn't even provide the instruction paper where I can find those information . Then, I had to wait for more than 30 min for my luggage to delivered to my room. Moreover, I had a simple request for kids bed where I had to call the reception more than 5 or 6 times without any answer.
