Highly recommended

Parking is on the beach and it’s for free

Reception is on bungalow and this is really charming

Rooms are of three levels Bungalows which are really super cool but they are only 8 bungalows so we didn’t find vacancies

Standard rooms they are on the pool

New rooms: those are wider, well furnished and really modern but in a building that is under construction. It is facing the beach and so close it,,, ( we got this one)

The room is very elegant.. room service are very helpful,,

The beach is very close and clear.. towels are available..

Fishing is allowed and you can see fish below you while you are swimming

Water games and rides are available

A beach cafe is present and it serves very special drinks

Breakfast and dinner are on seaside open air hall… water dispenser is available in both meals. Food is tasty and of good varieties..

Take care of crabs 🦀

Children policy is very good better than other hotels

The only drawback that is the hotel is away from downtown but for me this is not an issue bec matrouh is very crowded on summer

The hotel is nice and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean, we were in the new rooms and they are directly on the beach which is perfect. The restaurant offered breakfast and dinner, both buffets were very nice with many options and good table service. I recommend staying there in Matrouh. Note that you'll need a car to visit Matrouh City centre which shouldn't be needed anyways , in our case we enjoyed staying inside. There are many water sports/games too.

Some points that can be better : -Room and bathroom doors need adjustments -The big stone walk passages through the hotel are beautiful but not practical specially for kids and elderly. -There is no wifi, wifi can offered in public spaces at least -No safety box in the rooms -No water boiler in the rooms -Desert variations are not much...

Terrific place Super clean beach food is just delicious with variety i even went to greet the chef just because of the delicious taste of the food. Staff are very helpful and very kind with children especially (sayed) thank you!!! Reception team is very helful and welcoming Surrounding music on the beach is very relaxing Pool is small and clean suitable for children Landscape is another story the place full of green areas and flowers 💐 The four nights passed so quickly I just want to spend more vacation in this amzing quite place What anyone need more than great food super clean beach and greean areas helpful team Quiet room...
