Never again! We had the worst experience!

The owner and his “team”, don’t know partners, or the so called administration are super rude, they do everything to take every penny from you. They’re not straightforward at all And when you raise the topic they keep playing games and tell you each is responsible for their department which is ridiculous and actually funny. No one told us about the electricity issue (electricity is only there from 7 pm- 12 am) no ACs or fans during the extreme heat of the day. Which is a deal breaker, no one communicated this before we arrive. We had to change rooms 3 times in two days. Problems with the bathroom, water and أبراص running around inside the room. Not to mention the beach is too far

Avoid this place at all costs! Electricity availability only from 6/7 pm till 12 am, not mentioned during booking, we always woke up during the night due to the horrible weather. The owner lacks understanding of how to respectfully treat guests and exhibited a major attitude problem. Dismissive response to finding 3 geckos in a friend's room with the excuse "what do you expect, we're in the desert." My friends had to change rooms twice due to plumbing issues. Additional payment requests for taxes and service after the bill was already settled. The beach is located far from the property. The only redeeming qualities were the food and the service...

Nothing ecological in this so called ecolodge.The manager is welcoming, vert nice, but : No wifi (unless you stay next to the manager) Rooms are very hot at night, no fan or air conditionner working throught out the night cause they stop the electricity. But on an other hand you find lights on during the day a little everywhere. The breakfast is not good, lunch and dinner ok, but the same food is served. You can wait up to 1hour30 to get your beer.
