We visited for 10 days at the end of September. Our apartment was lovely.. cleaned daily, provided with 2, litre bottles of water daily and fresh towels and bed linen daily. We found a movie channel with all English movies on. The hotel had several restaurants, but you had to be premium guests for them all to be completely all inclusive.. I didn't think that is what paying to go all inclusive meant.. you have to download the hotel's app to reserve tables at most restaurants, other that the buffet restaurants. There were several pools, but the majority of them are again reserved for premium guests.. this does not stop people using them though. There are shuttlebuses that have various stops throughout the resort, so you can jump on one and they will take you wherever ypu need to go within the resort.. be warned, some staff are not the friendliest and alot spend the whole time on their phones whilst driving. When you arrive you are given your door key cards and towel cards, one towel card is allocated to each guest, so you can have a fresh beach towel every day, when you return your towel you are given a card back ready for the following day. If you lose your card, you will be charged for a replacement. Most staff are very friendly and obliging, but some are visibly impatient and dont even say thankyou when you pay them a tip.. Long beach has its own beach, where there are plenty of loungers and swinging hammock beds available.. the beach and whole resort is kept very clean and tidy.. there are activities to take part in on the beach, such as horse and camel riding, volleyball and entertainment staff that will put on zumba classes etc.. there are beach bars, a tattoo shop, doctors, fish doctor shop and small market.. toilets available on the beach and all toilets throughout the resort are spotless. There are water slides available and these are open twice a day for a couple of hours a time.. downfall is, if the waterside aren't in operation, they don't like you to use the pool. There are shops selling clothes, perfumes, souvenirs etc and a couple of markets with drinks and snacks etc, be warned they are extremely expensive. There is a 24 hour adults only bar available, very comfortable, but again some of the staff are a bit sarcastic. Cascade is very luxurious, there is a pool available, but not alot of sun loungers available, but the staff go above and beyond in this area, probably because you find this is where the premium members tend to be. The food is ok, we became quite unwell whilst out there, avoid the tap water and any food rinsed in the tap water at any cost! We did enjoy our holiday, but not sure it would be to return to Long Beach Hotel.

my wife took me to this resort for my birthday and it was lovely, we went quad biking through the desert 🏜, it was a long ride but the experience was amazing, the food was not bad, they had 7 restaurants on the compound, but my favourite was the Chinese..the rooms were very spacious and comfortable, I would definitely visit there again.

Einfach toll. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Great spacious hotel complex, clean rooms, delicious food (7 restaurants, 2 buffet & 5 a la carte - in 10 days we were allowed to eat a la carte 3 times at no extra charge). Very nice professional staff, especially our room service Abdul (room 383) as well as the staff of the Aldente Main Restaurant! Our room was always really clean and looked great. Abdul was always happy to help. The food at Aldente was always delicious, especially the Egyptian specialities, and the restaurant manager and his staff were always friendly, attentive and always up for a bit of fun. The bus drivers of the in-house shuttle service are also great! You can track their progress via the hotel's own app.

Our only star deduction is for the cats that appeared in the Nubian Restaurant and, from our third day onwards, in the outdoor area of the Aldente. This is unhygienic, annoying and unappetising. The Russian-speaking, blonde guest relation didn't want to help either (arrogant and rude), in contrast to her very nice colleagues who were always helpful.

We would love to come back! The hotel is highly...

Its not a hotel, its a prison 👌 I recommend this hotel for my guests and finally administration of the hotel didnt let me enter into the area of the hotel although i didnt plan to stay there for a long time but came there because one of my guest forgot something in my car and reception asked guest to go outside of the hotel although the distance is quite long. So i will never bring any guests to this strange place because the policy of the hotel is not good, they dont care about guests but care only about...
