Extraordinarily bad. ||||First thing we come in, they take your luggages leave them jn front of the hotel, the lobby is super smelly, almost unbearable, the check in process was lengthy and not very pleasant, took ages (over an hour) just to get our things sorted, like room cards, all inclusive bracelets, etc. ||||Staff (other than a pleasant Polish woman at the reception) knows very little english, aren’t very nice, and not very helpful. Nevertheless, after waiting around 20-25 minutes at the reception trying to check in, we we’re offered to go to the restaurants, with all our bags and except out checked large luggages. ||||Off we go. We arrived at the main restaurant, right off the bat, smell is horrendous, and i’m not being picky right now, trust my word please, it was bad. Food choice is super poor, food is lukewarm at best, tastes really bad, forget European food, I know it’s Egypt obviously I understand, but for a resort, they should have at least a little bit of European food for the people coming from those countries. There wasn’t even fries to eat for picky eaters… I’m not picky, but we came in a group of 13 people and some of those are. Also I’m super not picky like really I like most things but I went 7 days hungry in the resort. Horrible food. There is a grill bar where they offer snacks from 12:30-4pm, which is french fries, cold and floppy, and burgers with beef? (mystery meat) or sausages. At least the veggies were fresh. We noticed local people we’re getting much more food given on their plate without mentioning a word, we could barely get a handful of fries from the person serving the food there. ||||Well that’s that, we went back to the lobby, finally got our room cards, go to where the rooms are meant to be, and keep in mind the staff was meant to bring our luggages up to the rooms „soon”, „quickly”. We walk up and our room wasn’t even clean. Keep in mind at that time it was around just about 4pm. We arrived around 2. ||||We went into one of the other couples room that came with us, that we’re put into a room just beside. Apparently it was ready for them. First thing we noticed, sheets are dirty as , Yellow spots all over, red spots as well, disgusting. Smell in the room was unpleasant, The cleaner cam in to put on fresh sheets again, he put on dirty sheets again, took them off, put another ones on, also dirty, he gave up and said he’ll be back in the morning to change them… Nice one. P.S. Also forgot to add, our luggages came to our room like 1.5/2 hours after we left them outside the hotel with the staff. The guy came in to our room with the luggage after all this time, we’re saying thank you, and he’s standing there staring at us not saying anything, waiting for us to tip him, after all this time waiting to receive a room and our luggage (check in was meant to be at 2pm). Absolute joke.||||We finally got our room, also dirty, smells horrible, toilet is dirty, room is dirty, sheets are dirty, not even making it up, when we laid down on the bed it smelled like pee. Carpets we’re dirty, mirrors dirty, literally like the room hasn’t been cleaned at all. The cleaner on our floor understood 0 English, also not nice, hasn’t cleaned our room for the whole week, even though we didn’t have a do not disturb sign on the door (we did for the last 2 days, we cleaned up ourselves), I asked him to change our sheets to new ones because the previous ones were dirty, he came in with the sheets, threw them on the bed and left. Didn’t even take the last one ||off. Didn’t give us paper nothing, just water daily. I gave the guy a tip the first day we arrived. ||||Staff was okay, like the bar staff.||||One highlight is that the animators are super nice and inclusive, but they work in poor conditions themself… So I feel bad for them. ||||The pool is also very nice and the depth is perfect. This isn’t enough to change my rating of the resort though. ||||Now a tough one, keep your daughters, friends, girlfriends safe around the hotel/pool… One of the lifeguards at the pool started coming up to my girlfriend (18) and her friend (21) when no one of the rest of the group was around, started coming close to them and saying disgusting things like, „nice a*”, „nice bs”, in English and Polish, after we’ve found out, we had to confront him, and he started acting surprised and saying that he was just joking, won’t happen again, won’t say another word to them. That is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. ||||Internet is paid of course, $10 for a week for 1 device. ||||I think I could keep going but I feel like this will give you guys an overview, of course, for the price you can’t expect anything incredible, but at least a clean environment and organized staff would change a lot. ||||I’m really giving a fair and thought through||review here, 2 days after getting home from ||the holiday. ||||If we didn’t come in a group of 13 people and make the good atmosphere ourselves, and make good memories with our family, honestly I would’ve looked for flights back and went home, sadly because some people there were genuinely nice, but they aren’t the ones managing the resort so I have nothing at all against them. ||||Be aware of those things when booking a holiday at this resort. I wish you a great and happy holiday.||||Thanks for taking the time to read through...

All the tips are getting shared in between the staff and noone is chasing the tips like in other hotels. The people truly improved our stay and I would like to recognise Mohammed with glasses who was incredibly nice and made me to look forward to dinner.
As usual in regard to Egypt we have arrived to the destination quite early in a morning (8am). Upon arrival we got told at the reception that if we want food and room we need to pay for early checkin ($20 per room), which we were not happy about but paid it as we were completely starved. I understand that rooms were not available immediately but never in my long experience in holidays destinations I had to pay to go for breakfast on the day of arrival.
The hotel itself was going through reconstruction and some bits were older than the others. Reception was nice and I would say that the rooms weren’t bad either. However, the beds were screeching while moving and the fridge was not a hotel fridge, but normal kitchen fridge which resulted in being very very loud during the night. We had bottles of water available in our room and anytime we needed extra ones we just got some from housekeeping guy, who was incredibly lovely as well. He made sure we have everything that we need even if we put don’t disturb sign at the door, he always asked while passing on the way out if we need anything else. The bathroom was not refurbished, however, it did what it meant to.
The pool was nice and cool, however, it is very old. Some bits of the pool had sharp marks at the bottom which I found quite dangerous. Pool bar opened from 10am and had available all standard drinks.
In regards to pool chairs, there was definitely not enough of them as people kept reserving these from early morning. However, the lifeguards always managed to help you with bringing an umbrella and chairs to you. We were spending majority of our time by the sea because at the pool there is about 10 sellers coming around and keeps trying to sell you anything they can. I understand this is a common practice in Egypt, however, this got very annoying already at a first day. There is a relax zone at the beach where you can just rest. At the beach there is also a bar and a snack bar. You can also buy some little stuff and the best smoothies/shakes or fruits bowls ever. I paid €4 for a fruit ball full of watermelon and mango which was unreal.
Now I am getting in to a probably most disappointing bit of this hotel and that is food. Majority of people in the hotel are from Poland/Czech, however the food that is served is strictly traditional Egyptian food. Variety is non existent and after two days you are basically sick of eating the same chicken with rice or spaghetti that you have for lunch and dinner as well. Chicken that is served is only on a bone (only once during our stay we had chicken boneless breast, and we each got just two bits). From fruits you will get oranges, dates or cantaloupe. Watermelon we had only twice in a week and again you will only get two tiny bits for each (that is the reason why we were buying fruit bowls at the beach). I would like to appreciate that they are preparing fresh flatbread and also feteer that tasted really nice. Overall I would say you will not enjoy the food and that is main reason why we will not be returning in to this hotel, which is a shame really because by improving the food situation a little bit the whole experience would change. Everything gets handled better when u had great food.
In regards to alacarte restaurant we went to the italian one. The starter was really nice, however for the soup and main we got the exact same stuff as we had for usual dinner. We also ordered chicken breast and got meat from a thigh which we did not enjoyed as we finally were looking forward to...

Our family holiday was ruined by a series of unacceptable issues that show a clear lack of management, hygiene, and basic guest care.
We had booked 3 rooms next to each other to stay close to our kids. Instead, we were given rooms in different areas, with a vague promise to “change tomorrow.” We also requested extra beds, which took hours to arrive, and we were told there were no extra pillows available that night.
We also paid extra for sea-view rooms, but due to the room mix-up, this wasn’t honored. No one offered a refund or even acknowledged the issue — a clear failure in basic customer service.
Room conditions were poor: one AC didn’t work at all, others were so noisy they sounded like a helicopter taking off. The kettle and minibar were broken, and maintenance was extremely slow. Rooms had mosquitoes, ants, and dirt. Toiletries were missing or very poor in quality. Housekeeping was rushed and ineffective.
At check-in and check-out, our luggage was left under the sun for long periods, without concern for what might be inside.
Restaurant hygiene was alarming: the chef’s uniform was filthy, and I saw a staff member wipe a dirty plate with his bare hand and reuse it. At the beach bar, glass cups were rinsed in plain water and reused immediately. The toaster didn’t work, and both food variety and quality were poor. Cutlery was dirty, and basic items like spoons and tissues were often missing.
The animation team used inappropriate language in front of kids, making them uncomfortable and forcing us to leave the activity.
Even the staff are not looked after — many were working under the sun with no fans or proper equipment, clearly affecting their energy and appearance.
Some staff tried to help, but it wasn’t enough. I usually focus on the bright side and overlook small things — but here, the negatives were in the basics, and too many small frustrations piled up. We couldn’t even enjoy the few positives.
This hotel is far from 4 stars. I wouldn’t return or...
