Oyster Bay Beach Resort & Spa — Hotel in Red Sea

I was supposed to receive a studio unit in June/2020 , I arrived on the 1st Aug this year to pick up at 2 pm , tired and hungry and I have asked to be shown my room as they owe me 1 week stay a part of our contract to receive the room , I was rushed to see my unit and to sign that I received, I told them I will send the contract to my lawyer and ask if it's ok to sign, because they wanted me to sign that I received my unit in complete which is not true, my studio has to no AC , no water and electricity meter and no wifi which is all stated in the contract. I had to spend to 8 hours sitting on a couch in the reception and finally got them to create a separate paper that states what's missing and I was told by the manager that we can sign it the day after which is literally what I asked from the beginning except that I became exhausted and I spent the first day of my stay in the reception rather than in my room . We finally signed it and the manger( Emil) tried to pretend like they did me a favor. Moving on and after staying here for 2 nights , the food in the restaurant is 3 out of 10 max and I was forbided to fill my bottle from the water dispenser even though everyone else was doing it . Not to mention the staff would cut off our conversation to help a foreign ( white client) without even asking for my permission. Yesterday I spent the whole afternoon waiting for a bottle of water because there was non in their store, actually the store doesn't have the necessities when it's literally the only store in the resort. Literally worst experience in a resort as it is.Beyond disappointing and distasteful. Too bad I bought here before knowing...

What a beautiful place , it is probably the most wonderful resort in Marsa Alam , the food in the restaurant is the best , yes they don't have buffet but have a great ala carte package that everyone can eat till you are satisfied, great quality of food , and also have the option of kitchen inside each unit , they don't have just rooms they start with one bed room suite, one bed room apartment, and two bed rooms apartment can fit 6 people comfortably, great swimming pools and wonderful aqua park , staff are outstanding and polite, they will do anything to make sure your stay is exceeding every expectation, only 19 KM from Porto...

We loved it here, stayed for one week in October 2022. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and offers a relaxing and peaceful environment. Not many people here so you have the beach and pools pretty much all to yourself. The staff does need better training but they are all kind and willing to help. The resort is fairly new but it has so much potential and I'm sure it will be much better as they ramp up hiring and training of their staff. The restaurant is open and serves breakfast lunch and dinner. The hotel helped us arrange and organize trips during our stay. Will definitely...
