Dear ladies and gentlemen. My name is Andreas bitter. My decision to visit Egypt was spontaneous. And believe me, this solution was not in vain. Already from the plane, I saw this country from a bird's-eye view and immediately fell in love with it, its people, local traditions and customs. The warm friendly welcome I received at the hotel only added to my good mood, pleasant emotions and pleasure. It is impossible not to notice and not to pay attention to the friendly, coordinated, clearly worked out actions of the service personnel. Unterhaltungen übersetzen In no case will any client be left without attention and care. All our whims, desires and requests were fulfilled immediately without unnecessary reasoning and compromises. All employees of the hotel, men and women, regardless of their individual work activity, were always very polite, attentive and courteous. The architecture and surrounding areas with all the buildings are executed from a professional point of view, competently, gracefully, with a taste of architectural harmony. Cleanliness, order, shine of floors, marble walls and mirrors give the hotel grandeur, harmony and grace. The aromatic smells from the restaurant kitchen can be felt at a great distance, they cannot be forgotten, they are unique. The hotel's chefs with extensive experience and qualifications give their dishes a delicate, unique taste, turning them into masterpieces unforgettable for all gourmets. The hotel management also took care of our free time for entertainment. Various water shows, very fascinating and well-coordinated actions of the fire show, sound concerts, various games, dance groups did not let us get bored. No one was left without attention, adults and children were simply happy. Unterhaltungen übersetzen Children's laughter and their sweet smiles gave us cheerfulness and a good mood. Elderly people forgot about their problems and ailments, they simply became much younger. And this is all your merit. Mutual understanding and coordinated work of your team sometimes make us simply happy. Even if it is just a moment, but these hours of staying in your hotel will remain in my memory for all time. Of course, I would like to note the positive impressions and characteristics of the entire hotel staff. Despite this, I would still like to highlight special employees. In my opinion, they are very active, have an approach and disposition to visitors, understand the service, which is very important in the development of your business. These nice people are called Heba Ahmed, Alaa Ismail, as well as kitchen and restaurant workers, bartenders and room cleaners. Unfortunately, I do not know all their names. It is impossible not to mention the hard work of our entertainment group. Sometimes it is not so easy and difficult for them to fulfill their task. Their names are known to everyone. This is the cute Yooma and Menna, the always smiling Happy Mondi, the favorites of children and youth Boda and Islam, the funny DJ Zekoo. With all my heart, from the bottom of my heart, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you for your hard work, attention to us and care. I sincerely wish you good health, patience in your difficult work, prosperity and good luck in all your endeavors. You have deserved only the best reviews and recommendations honestly and rightfully. Until next time. With respect and love to...

We (family of five with children aged 13, 15, and 18) spent four nights at The Three Corners Fayrouz Plaza after staying at the Equinox (see my other review).

The Fayrouz is a large but well-designed resort — big enough to offer variety but without the chaos of larger resorts with water park and Kids Clubs.. The quality is clearly higher than at the Equinox, both in terms of maintenance and landscaping and especially when it comes to food.

Although it’s an all-inclusive setup (with the usual cafeteria-style challenges), the main restaurant offers plenty of tasty, well-presented choices. Don’t miss the “bread lady” who makes fresh, fluffy local bread straight from the oven at breakfast — it’s fantastic (I had four one morning!). The themed restaurants are also a real plus. We tried the Lebanese and Egyptian ones, both of which offered excellent starters (and less interesting mains and deserts which reminded us a little more of the main restaurant offerings.

The snorkeling here is very good, though limited when it’s windy. On three of our four days, the outer reef was closed, leaving only the lagoon and Turtle Beach open. These are pleasant, but they can’t compare with the outer reef (or the reef at the Equinox). We also walked (15–20 minutes) to Marsa Mubarak cove twice to look for turtles and dugongs. We saw lots of turtles — absolutely worth the trip — but go early (around 7:00–7:30 a.m.) to avoid the crowds from tour boats. The main downside at Fayrouz is the smoking policy. Smoking is allowed almost everywhere, and as non-smokers we almost felt somewhat sidelined. Ashtrays are placed at all sunbeds and at some of the best outdoor dining tables. To avoid smoke completely, you need to sit indoors — where it’s noisier. The hotel should really create clearer, better-balanced non-smoking areas, especially around the pool and main restaurant.

Other annoyances were the loud air conditioning in the rooms and the constant club music by the pool. Music during activities is fine, but between sessions, it could easily be turned down or off for a while. (Perhaps I’m just getting old, but I’d be curious how many guests actually enjoy the constant volume!)

Overall, Fayrouz Plaza is a solid 7–8 out of 10. The staff are smiling, kind, and very service-minded — our room cleaner was exceptional and creative with towel animals. You do have to put up with pushy sellers offering excursions, massages, camel rides, and so on, but that’s typical for this type of resort.

In summary: a high-quality resort experience with great food and friendly staff — just be prepared for some noise and...

🌟 A Life-Changing Experience at Three Corners Fayrouz Plaza — More Than Just a Hotel

We stayed for 8 nights in early August 2025 at Three Corners Fayrouz Plaza for a relaxing holiday — and we left with not only unforgettable memories but also deep gratitude.

Everything about the hotel was perfect: friendly and respectful staff, smooth check-in/check-out, a stunning beach, great pools, delicious food( anyone can find something according to own food taste or culture), and a joyful atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The team here, built by Mr. Fayrouz himself, feels like a real family — and that happiness spreads to every guest.

But now, let me share something that goes far beyond hospitality — something I’ve never experienced in any hotel, ever.

On the second evening, our young daughter was suddenly scratched by a stray cat. Her lip was bleeding, and we were terrified — my wife was crying, and I was panicking, not knowing what to do. We had no car. We felt completely helpless.

Within minutes, hotel managers rushed to us, asked what happened, and immediately took charge. Though it was already evening and the clinic doctor was off-duty, they called the doctor in right away. He examined our daughter, checked her vaccination history, and strongly recommended immediate post-exposure rabies treatment.

Then something extraordinary happened.

The hotel arranged a private transfer — completely free of charge — to a hospital over 40 kilometers away, and made sure we were treated properly. We received the first dose of the rabies vaccine that night and returned safely. The hotel never asked for a single euro in return. Not even once.

But it didn’t stop there.

As the rabies vaccine requires five separate doses, they promised us to arrange transportation and support for every remaining visit to the hospital — and they did. With love, kindness, and responsibility. Every 3 days, they arranged the transfers again — always with a smile. Always checking in. Always telling us:

“Please don’t worry. Your happiness and peace of mind is what matters to us.”

Today, we just completed the third dose, and again, the hotel stood by our side without hesitation.

This is not just good service. This is humanity at its best.

I am deeply thankful to every member of the staff and proud — as a Turkish guest — to have received such kindness and responsibility from our Egyptian brothers and sisters.

Three Corners Fayrouz Plaza is not just a resort — it’s a place where real human values still live. We love you. And we will never forget what you did...

This was by far one of my most enjoyable resorts! I travelled solo, but as one of the staff said to me, you are not alone - we are all one family! And he was right, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, a big shout out to the restaurant staff including Ahmed and Solma for the daily conversations, smiles and welcoming energy! My room was spacious with the bed being large and comfortable, the rooms were cleaned daily with a different theme to the towel folding each day which was a very thoughtful touch. There were a few things in the room which could have been fixed/updated but only minor, overall the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The only slight downside was the hairdryer wasn't powerful, if you need to dry your hair quickly i'd advise to take your own. Big love to Ahmed who made my room up everyday (3081), he was so friendly and lovely to chat with. The food in the restaurant was buffet style with plenty of choice and different daily. The food was very good for an all inclusive, I really enjoyed it. The animation entertainment team were the best, always smiling and always bringing people together which I liked. The resort is big and wonderful to look at. Every staff member I walked past (who do an amazing job with service and maintaining the hotel) were friendly and said hello. I used the spa 4 times for a massage which I would highly recommend, I became friends with Emy and will miss her a lot! I had the best 5 days and can't wait to go back. My only feedback for improvement would be for the management of the reception staff. I had an issue with the mini bar, when I asked for it to be changed I was told it would be in an hour - it took me 4 times to ask and nearly 2 days to get sorted. It seemed the staff were very busy and wanted to help so they would respond with ''yes, we can do that'' then either they didn't have time or were too busy. I would highly recommend this resort and really cannot wait to go back!

If you are flying to Marsa Alam with (or without) children, this hotel is absolutely the best!! In addition to the fact that you are about 10 minutes from the airport, you will be greeted by very nice staff, we were given a welcome drink and nice clean room and our suitcases were brought to the front of the room. The wifi is working only around the dining area and the reception, I got signal on the beach occasionally, there was no wifi on the room. All the hotel stuff are very nice, smiling. The hotel is nice, clean, air-conditioned, with beautiful blooming gardens (which must be hard to maintain in this hot and dry weather) all the way to the beach. There are two large swimming pools at the hotel and the animation programs are great! But we still enjoyed spending most of our time on the beach, there is a small restaurant, bar, toilet and various activities. The beach is amazing, we have never seen such a beautiful sea anywhere, such a small Caribbean, ideal for children, the sea is as warm as coffee.. the pier is not too long and around it you can snorkel and see the undersea life of all colors. It is a hotel that we will be very happy to return to, our favourite, next time we will definitely return here again. The only thing we might appreciate more is a room in the gardens closer to the sea and more understanding staff taking care of the camels, we have an older son with a disability (autism) and we didn't know if he would be able to sit on a camel and ride him for an hour (it might be too long for him), we felt very sorry that we couldn't come to an agreement with the staff for riding less than an hour or around the beach, although we tried really hard to explain.. hopefully next time.. :) Everything was great! :)

I spent Christmas and New Year’s at Three Corners Fayrouz Plaza with family, and the stay left me genuinely torn. What we loved Food & chef: Every meal—whether the special holiday buffets or the regular service—was fresh, varied, and clearly cooked with care. The chef often made the rounds, eager for feedback and happy to whip up something off‑menu. Reef & dive team: The house reef is stunning, with vibrant coral right off the jetty. The dive staff were patient pros, making both beginners and experienced divers feel safe. Small, friendly footprint: The resort isn’t a sprawling mega‑complex, so nothing is more than a short walk away. Family rooms can be split in two with sliding doors—handy when you need a bit of separation. Generally kind staff: Day‑to‑day service in the restaurants, bars, and dive center was warm and genuine. What soured the stay Relentless review pressure: Nearly every interaction ended with “Please give us five stars.” The one time I offered constructive (but not perfect) feedback, attitudes cooled noticeably. Baggage fiasco on departure: Despite hotel staff tagging and lining up all six of our suitcases, only four made it onto the transfer bus. We were later told it was our responsibility to load them, and the hotel had no process to forward the missing bags to the airport or home. Months later I flew back to retrieve them, only to be scolded for not having the original claim tickets—tickets that had been attached by their own porter.
