what I liked : excellent service, luxury facilities, room location and good amenities, cooperative and polite staff, good hygiene practice, quality of food, beach service especially the wet towel and glasses cleaning , sandy beach with so clean sea water , free sauna and steam, free access to sister hotels and I liked the spa of address golf resort which is wider and more better than El Alamein hotel spa , the color and degree of light in all marassi and calm vibes at all. many thanks to Mr Mahmoud elsoufy and Mrs Jessica they are so kind and helpful. the hotel is simple and golf car is available anytime to the marina what I disliked : general stingy attitude that if I want any drink is extra charge except during breakfast only even during dinner just water howcome ! my package was halfboard and not included drinks I can't understand that . welcome drink is with so small cup and when staff noticed me drinking they removed all cups from area which is so bad behavior ! . the lubby area is free from any drinks or dried fruits except in the morning . the overall attitude is extra charge even pizza in the open buffet. this attitude is not acceptable compared to the high cost . there's no animation team no animation activities except singer during dinner. many flies in the room. some guests set down below my room and talking with loudy sounds at 2 am so I couldn't sleep . I asked the girl in reception to record data about my private car but she ignored me when another guest come to reserve accommodation ! me too is a guest and she must reply to me first because I came before him but she didn't and she was alone in the front office so she has to change her attitude because she wasn't helpful with me . there is no jacuzzi but it's available at address golf but free only if I have treatment. I had an amazing experience at Al Alamein Hotel and would definitely return. I stayed in a Beach Access Room, which was absolutely perfect waking up just steps away from the sand and sea.

The location is breathtaking, right on the Mediterranean with peaceful, relaxing vibes all around. The sand was soft and dreamy, almost unreal like walking on powder. The beach and pool areas were clean, beautifully maintained, and offered plenty of space to relax.

The staff were exceptional friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made the stay even more enjoyable. My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with a lovely view. I really appreciated how safe I felt throughout the entire trip.

The breakfast buffet was good, offering plenty of options to suit everyone’s taste. As for lunch, I personally preferred AlBahaar restaurant although the service can be a bit slow at times, the food was absolutely worth it. It’s been the best tasting meal I’ve had so far in Al Alamein.

Everything about my stay from the atmosphere to the service was smooth, relaxing, and exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway by the sea, this is the place. I’ll definitely be coming back!
