Booking websites give misleading details about the property. There is a difference between "La Hacienda village" and "La Hacienda" hotel that goes under the title "Fade by Hacienda ". When I looked into the websites, they all said the reservation is through hotel. When I arrived I realised that it was not. The hotel had nothing to do with the chalet I reserved. It was a sublet by the owner. Both went under the same name LA HACIENDA. And the worse thing was that the owner was neither present physically nor had notified the resort of my arrival. I had to wait like 2 and half hours until the administration could contact him to confirm. ||The website instructions on my voucher said all I had to do was show up and introduce my ID was wrong. Make sure they give tou the chalet number as well and the name of the property owner. ||Also having mentioned on the website that it was a hotel reservation, I assumed it would be half board. Which was not the case again. I had to buy my own breakfast which makes the property overpriced. ||The resort is very big, except for hotel guests, everyone else does not have golf carts to acces the beach.||The place however is lovely, a bit undermaintaned but the beach is awesome. It is more of a kitsurfing destination than family as there are not many activities to be done. Would loved to rent a bike or a segway to tour tour around. The pools are dirty and boring, there are a couple of squash courts and and a small tennis court and an outside play area for the kids that is not shaded. With temperatures 35+ it is usually empty all day. I have not been to the hotel but the cabins there look nice. And the staff is very friendly. A bit overpriced and if you do not have a car and rent a challet from the owners you will have no front desk service for luggage and no easy acces to taxis to the nearest bus stop which...

I recently stayed at La Hacienda Ras Sudr, and it was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The food was excellent — especially the beef burger, which I highly recommend!
