Very bad.experience The.place.doesnt.have any facilities.ot.tools for.any family to.enjoy their vacation.. Howver the pictures sent before visiting are far different fro reality..its place.still under construction, and so.the beach is very dirty all filled.with broken glass, stones, ants and.insects and finally.with no.chairs. The staff are very rude and were just.insisting and.focusing to get their money even before we see.the challet which was so wierd as we felt they are stealers. Also wenever we asked.for the vasic needs.l they were resistant to any.of them and they complained.that.we were asking.for many.. Finally its a very bad.place,.no reception , no activities, not.clean and tidy, not.recommended for.anyone to visit again tOTALLY NOT.WORTH FOR.MONEY AND THEY ARE.NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Also the blankets seemed.to be used by others And the place is not even cleaned.. no safeguards in the.beach or.the pool itself.. really.v...

I am sorry, but this is not a resort. The “La Perla” that we stayed at in Ras Sedr on the dates: June 6, 7, and left June 8 - appears to be under construction and the pictures are not the pictures shown online at all.

It was clean from inside but it is just about 2 stars in terms of the quality of the furniture and how the bathroom for example didn’t even have toilet paper.

When we complained that one of the ACs wasn’t working and all TVs have no signal, we didn’t get a friendly reply which dropped the 2 stars to 1...

تجربة فوق السيئة، من أسوء الأماكن اللي زورتها، ولا أنصح بزياراتها حاليا، بداية من الاستف اللي تعامل معانا بعدم مهنية واحترام ومصداقية، وكان كل همه انه ياخد فلوس زيادة بأي شكل، بالادب وقلة الادب، مرورًا بإن القرية تحت الإنشاء، ومحدش من الشركة نبهنا لحاجة زي دي، الشط بليل كحل، القرية بعيدة جدا عن السوق والديلفري بيكلف لوحده من 80 - 100 جنيه، مفيش غير عاملين اتنين بس في القرية كلها، مفيش أي اكتفتيز، ومفيش كافيتريا، ومفيش داعي. لو هنيجي للمميزات فالبحر في القرية اللي جنبهاا لطيف، وحمام السباحة مش بيكون زحمة! مشكورين الاستف فهمونا انهم عاملين لنا خصم عشان احنا عددنا كبير، وعشان حد من الاستف قرر انه يهزأنا ويطردنا من القرية عشان عددنا اللي هو عارفه مسبقا من قبل السفر اكتشف انه كبير فقرر يبجح فينا ويقولنا "اطلعوا بره" بدون سابق معرفة أو تطاول من جانبنا! للاسف كنا مسافرين من غير عربيات عشان نستجم فقضينا أول يوم بنتناقش مع الاستف والمسؤولين عشان غلطة موظف فنحلها إحنا بإننا ندفع فلوس وخلاص، دفعنا بس كل حاجة في الشالية ما تستهلش ربع اللي اتدفع. بخصوص التعقيم فاللي معروف إن في أي مكان في أي حته في العالم بيجي حد من العمال يغير الملايات، ويعقم الشقة، ويغير الفوط، ويجيب مناديل للحمام.. طبعا ده سألنا لو موجود قالوا لا مفيش الكلام ده عندنا هي أكياس الزبالة بس موجودة عندكم تحت السلم! ختاما لو هتيجي لا بيرلا، في الوقت الحالي، فلازم تعمل حسابك إنك رايح مكان هتعقمه بنفسك، هتظفة بنفسك، يكون معاك كل الاكل والشرب والادوية اللي ممكن تحتاجها خلال المدة ديه، ولازم يكون معاك عربية، وأخيرا أنت جاي تنزل بحر، وحمام سباحة فقط.. ماترحوش مكان ماتعرفهوش ومش...
