This is place has the best staff, they are truly polite and very helpful, they really will make you feel home. I would like to thank: Salah: from house keeping, he and the reception team, helped me in finding a golden bracelet and I can't thank Salah enough. he was also very helpful to my family (elder people) and assisted them when they were leaving the room.

Reception team: so kind and helpful also when I needed them to help in my lost belongings, also all the way they were so professional and kind

Restaurant team (Mr. Sameh and his staff) they were very professional, helpful and they do amazing food:)

the beach is one of the best beaches in Sokhna, you will definitely enjoy time there.

the only downside, rooms are very old and need renovation badly.

I think it is a 3 stars hotel.

The place just in the middle of Sokhna, be careful sometimes the GPS makes wrong route in your way from Cairo.

It is a large hotel. It was carrying a lot of visitors but we never filled jammed.

The sea is Wonderful , you don't need to take the sea shoes. The sand is so soft and really wonderful.

The room was quite good. The house keeping service was good. But I think it needs renovation.

The Ac was quite week. Needs fixation.

The crew was so helpful, cheerfully, welcoming, and loving.

They made a lot of exceptions as we have a group of old age people. And was so helpful.
